I think you should get the booster in blue as blue goes well with silver!
-
Nice bike mate. Your bike is running on a rear echo rim and echo tyres yeah, i personally hate echo rims they look old and disgusting although i have to put it to you, your bike is brill . Also what cranks have you got and how much did that cost you? And could you tell me what the hell a pair of crap vp pedals are doing on a bike like that please? well thats all and thumbs up for the bike!
-
Chris king!! as they are very strong and last for a long time , also you can get them in different colours!
-
Well whatever you don't like on the bike. Well i ride a t pro and i haven't done this yet but i will at first i would upgrade the muscle man cranks to maybe tensile or try all cranks definitely, I think muscle man cranks aren't very good. Then i would say the forks to some zoo forks and then a echo stem and handlebars. Also i would buy a zoo brake booster for the rear as the frame flex's quite badly and some creepy crawler tyres because sticky fingers wear down so quickly!. Although i have not upgraded mine yet except the pedals to dmr v8s i am hoping to soon. Hope i've helped!

I would have to say the booster. The booster is quality for money ZOO make such good parts and always will. The booster is brilliant as well as its good looks the booster is very strong and offers little flex.

Well it might do it might not do. This all depends on how you have set it up but if set up correctly it could probally give around the same amount of power. Felix Mucke uses a back v brake i think (correct me if i'm wrong) and his grips as well as a maggie! Hope i've helped!

This could be a few things. I have had this on both of my maguras. 1) Your pistons could be dirty which stops full movement, what i did to clean them is, take the brake off wash the pistons with water and a cloth and then what i did was apply a thin layer of vaseline to the pistons and now they work fine. 2) Also this could be you have not set them up correctly. I had that on saturday and couldn't figure out why one side was stiff and not moving, then i thought what if they aren't set up right and i know a trick if you put a 2p coin between the rim and pads that is the perfect spacing, after i had done that it worked again . 3) Or it may be that it the brake needs bleeding as it has pockets of air in the lever or hoses. You can buy magura bleeding kits they cost around £20 but they are very simple to use they come with all the tools and oil. Or you could do what anzo said bleed it in the bath but make sure you don't use water in the winter as it may freeze! Although the other thing if non of this works it probally means the brake is broken you can do every thing to it, but if it's broken non of this will work and you might have to buy a new brake! Hope i've helped!

How much did you pay and where did you get it from. Also did you know when you got the condition it was in. It sounds pretty battered?

100% 20" mate!
-
I'm am not 100% sure this would work. But maybe you could put something like a bit of rubber residue on it that mite work. And if it doesn't sorry it was only a suggestion! Cheers BIG L

Sorry about this but i forgot to put they cost around £80.

Very nice! And how much has it put you back alltogether?
-
Oh i thought they was carbon fibre. Sorry about that!

For starters i ride an onza t pro 04 and my mate rides a onza t mag 05. I personally think that he t pro rides better than the t mag as the t mag has a heavy front, it is too short and the bike is just heavy compared to the t pro. Although the t mag comes with all the fancy parts and looks better it doesn't mean it is. As they say it's not the tools you use, it's how you use them! Well it isn't up to me is it, it is what you feel most comfortable on. If i was you i would try to get a go on both bikes to see what you prefer. Good luck mate i hope you do well. Cheers BIG L

Echo urbans have a very good reputation and are very good forks i personally think! Well heres some info on them. These forks are made from U6 aluminium alloy to provide light, strong and simple looking forks. Inside there is a thick sidewall in its steerer tube which stop them from bending! You can get them to fit all types of brakes disk, v brakes and a four bolt magura fitting. They weigh a mere 820grams. I hope i've helped Cheers BIG L

Well there really isn't "a best bike" for natural it's what the rider finds most comfy and easy to ride. There are bikes that are easier to ride natural with if thats what you meant. Monty i would say is the easiest to ride natural with. I think they are better because they way they are built firstly take the example of the monty ti disk, 1) It has a 19"x2.6" monty back tire for extra grip on those rocks. 2)It has a monty eagle claw bash plate (very spiky for grip if your wheel slips.) 3)They frame is concaved to allow more manouverability. 4)The stem is made of carbon fibre for lightness. 5)It has a front and rear disk brake. (disk brakes don't slip in the wet). 6)The handle bars are wider than usual to allow more control. These bikes are awsome and they are award winning bikes! The only bad thing is they come with a shimano freewheel and in my oppinion all the shimano parts i've had are rubbish so this freewheel maybe rubbish to, but definitely montys are worth the money!. Although Montys are brilliant bikes my opinion of who makes the best bikes has to be GU or ZOO they are simply the best for me anyway!! Hope i have helped Cheers BIG L

While i was looking around for some good pedals i got some cheap ones because i had to ride! Any way my mate is selling a pair of mint condition dmr v8s for a tenner so i am buying them soon.

Oh sorry i thought 2.5" was the rim wideness :$ . And anyway my mate splite his on a six foot drop and your saying they are brilliant. (sorry if you think im having a go at you but i am not).
-
Personly i would say about £70, but if you be clever and sell it in parts you will get more for it alltogether! Thats what i done with my onza t vee i got around £110 in the end i think . hope iv'e helped Cheers BIG L

Hey guys i have been downloading and watching quite a few trials videos from here and other sites. I was wondering what foot do people use to pedal kick as i know most of the riders in my area use their right foot. But what really bugged me is why is there so many trials riders who pedal kick with their left foot and the majority are better than right footed kickers but don't get me wrong there is many many good right footed kickers out there. Me, i use my right to pedal kick i am pretty good. And does left footed kicking give you any advantage or is it just the majority are left footed kickers? Any help appreciated Cheers BIG L

Personally i wouldn't take the risk as the to different sized bikes are so so different. Riding 26" is harder than you may think they can feel extremely heavy. Also they are longer and a lot harder to maneuver. I'm just saying what i think. But if you are going to buy a 26" bike try and have a go on one before you do buy one. Anyway good luck on the subject and i hopped i've helped. Cheers BIG L

Oh ok sorry about that mate. The saracen mad 2six is a good all round bike really but i think it is best in natural mate. Cheers BIG L

Nothing do you mean like street or natural?

Crank Is A Bit Loose On The Left Side What Does This Mean?
BIG L replied to earsy104's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
This happens many times to many people don't worry you are not the only one. This also could mean two things. 1)The crank is loose and needs to be tightened. 2) the crank is being rounded off. many people have this problem too. To stop this happening simply keep your crank arm lubed and tight. If this has already happened what you could do is get any drink can e.g sprite, coke lilt and cut it to the shape of the square bit where you join the crank to the bike, then with this inside the square bit push the crank arm on and there you go it wont do it. But make sure you keep it tight. Cheers BIG L
