foam grips are the way forward. not monty foams or tryall, go to your local halfords and buy some foam grips that go on racer bikes....slightly thicker, your hands mold to them after a few rides and you get 4 grips at the price of £5, also the grips are for racer bikes therefore they are long.... this means you can cut them in half and use one grip as a pair.... meaning youve bought 4pairs of grips for £5 ! i hope this helps pal..... i think there great and last me 2months or so, thats a single grip, i have 3 more! graham

i have echo and the thread round off to hold sprocket on! onza are poo but what happened to my echo's may make you think twice about gettin echo's...... hope this helped. graham

i go ridin on my own a wee bit. ipod is my friend that is always there for me lol. i find i dont improve unless i have a camera or friend to push me! my ipod cant push me... it cant speak. graham

im quite sure he still rides for zoo! i think he is ridin a echo as it is more like a mod, wheelbas etc... i think.? he is sponserred by select, that means zoo!, echo etc... as far as im awre ghe still rides for zoo! thus the reason runnin all there parts! correct me if im wrong... graham

hey, i just bought some heatsink reds in cnc backings, put them on... all stright nice hit and.......no noice no bite nothing. is it normal for this to happen? when i have bought pads in the past they have made noise as soon as there put on. the compound feels soooooo hard. when you ride along with the brake on it feels like metal rubbin against metal.? any ideas or does it just need to where in? if soo any good techniques? graham.

i have had all 3 on my mod....mini was good but lacked the hold i love! louise was good and strong, held well, i liked this brake but wanted a change... tried the bb7 n will never look back!! bb7 all the way. enough said!! graham

hey, i had a pair of snowys... i though they lacked the power of the other heatsink pads. i think you should go for koxx browns or heatsink red or blue? there all great pads. graham
