  9. Good pictures so far. You can't get onto the pictures in the link without registering... also linking to another forum is bad etiquette.
  10. Having a conversation with yourself is pretty stupid.
  11. Clever marketing. HTC have been doing similar phones which are rebranded and sold, but not heavily advertised/marketed.
  12. Didn't your mother ever tell you not to feed the trolls... least of all the grumpy old ones. I can either lock this thread, or you can all prove a point by no longer replying and letting the topic die.
  13. Mine was stolen and I needed a new one about 6 weeks later for a short notice business trip. Went to IPS in Liverpool (There are several places like this in the UK, eg Peterborough etc) and handed over forms etc... and they said I could pick it up the following day, despite being told by phone and on the website that there was no way I'd ever be able to get a new one quickly. Get yourself an appointment at fill in all the forms/get photo signed etc... and see what they say. Jon

  15. Thanks - couldn't find any when I looked, but it looks like it's the wrong side Will try the stealership... Wish me luck! Jon
  16. Can I just throw the idea of a karting meet in? Jon
  17. Random Veedub question... again my gf's mk5 golf. Central locking is playing up on passenger side front door. Guessing the motor is about to kick the bucket. Are they part of the lock? Ebay/Breakers or stealership for a replacement - will probably end up fitting it myself. Ta Jon
  18. It's the location more than anything - was with LA Fitness which was a lot cheaper (£65 for both of us, nationwide, but the pool in Liverpool was small, and the Chester one is too far from her new house, the ones near my work were too small and didn't have pools) so made sense to change. The only competition for the David Lloyd is the Thornton Hough Health Club which is even more overpriced! No Bannatynes on the Wirral - think the nearest is Crewe. Going back tonight to see if we can squeeze anything else out of them. Jon
  19. Thanks - think we'll just end up going for it. Jon
  20. I'm about to change Gyms because the LA fitness is too far from the new house. Looking at David Lloyd as it's got lots of facilities and is pretty close. Has anyone experience of haggling with them? They've offered £55 each per month for peak membership and waived the joining fee (£200) The sales guy reckons they can't negotiate on monthly price and assures me that it's only this month he can waive the joining fee... There' me and my girlfriend too, so I'd have thought they could do a joint membership cheaper too... Seems like a lot of bull to me as others have told me they'll negotiate monthly prices, and I've never seen the joining fee written down (There's nothing like offering someone a free lunch that was already going to be free anyway!) Anyone got any experience with them? Ta Jon
