  1. Yeah, running such low air pressure can cause it to move around alot. like above, try putting something sticky in there. like soda? haha. i dont know
  2. CNC machining is just very precise. you dont need the precision on bikes. or not to that degree. Personally i would like to have my bike perform well rather than looking "pretty"
  3. Is forging better than CNC machining? i think it is. because it almost eliminates ovalizing in the headset and bottom bracket areas. CNC machining is just very precise. forging takes an aluminum block and gets smashed into the shape of whatever is being made. the aluminum after being forged is already compacted, making it stronger and less likely to ovalise. it might be slightly heavier. is there an advantage to CNC that i don't know?
  4. You need two cone wrenches. it depends on the hub for size of the wrenches. You then lostnen the outer one while holding the inner one still. Move the inner one to where it is JUST not moving around (the hub). hold the inner one, and tighten the outer one on the inner one and you are done. hopefully my instructions werent TOO confusing.
  5. Well. as far as spraying it, i would stick with the current color if its not too banged up. if you do, however. get it powdercoated or something. if you just spray it with paint it might not last very long. Personally i like the looks of the python as is.
  6. I am just getting into it. I started on my specialized P.3 and now am in the market for an actual trials bike. Probobly going to get an Echo control.
  7. So buying a complete Echo Control is a bad idea? Im a beginner so im not TOO worried about it. Will they atleast hold up to a 180 lb dude doing smaller stuff on it?
  8. Haha, well one of my injuries i pretty much fell on my face. And a different time i simly fell. I broke my wrist in that one too.
  9. Are the Echo components good? Mostly wondering about the cranks, wheels, freewheel. Anyone have any input?
  10. id still go for it of coarse i believe $40 is worth a little less than your 40 im in the USA
  11. umm not as good as hydraulic. they are typically a liitle more "mushy" avid BB 7 mechanicals are the only mechanicals id go with. they are very easy to adjust. and just work well.
  12. yeah i am too. im accually in america, but i couldnt find any good USA trials forums.
  13. im lookin to order my controll soon. how much more is it than the pure?
  14. dont do WD40. its a cleaner/lube. ittl leake right out too. u need grease. just maybe a thinner grease.
  15. i like the specialized enduro grips. they are a pretty soft rubber and pretty sticky. u dont slip around.
  16. the echo control has a 1085 wheelbase im ~6'5" 180 lbs is it long enough?
  17. avid all the way dude. well with disc
  18. yeah my terminology would be freewheel. maybe its cause im in cali yeah sound usually doesnt mean its gonna work better.
  19. umm do u have to pay for this site? it says "purchase paid subsriptions" in my controls what is it for? it diddnt say. haha
