  1. front taps allow you to get a reasonable amount more height when stepping or going to backwheel. you want to hit your wheel quite close to the top of the obstacle other wise you will need to be wearing a helmet.
  2. i am offically awesome P.S. benito ross and cesar canas amateurs compared
  3. no one is really sure how it happened but it definitely has so, thats means it needs replacing which is stupid. Just wondering is their any type of warranty/guarantee of frames.
  4. thankyou for both your opinons, but since they are both very different i will have to wait and see what the overall view of the two frames are. thanks.
  5. my brother has just snapped/cracked his t-comp at the chain stay and is looking for a replacement which would you recomend from the two above
  6. To be honest you are probably best off using some steel, aluminium or maybe even titanium for your booster and if i was you i would just use the carbon fiber for protection under your frame for instance or under the chain stays.
  7. probably when i slipped off the pedals on some rock and ended up over the bars and my chest stuck to a rock, i received a lovely bruise
  8. i found that puttin a few lines of tar on your bars under the grips make the grips very hard to get on but once on they stay on no twist or anything
  9. my brakes did this about a month ago simply take the brake and pad off then pull the lever to the bars and smoother the piston with WD40 , then release and pull the lever repeatedly after that problem solved,i was told its called "sticky piston" but that maybe someones name for it not a proper technical term.
  10. set off on your wrong foot then after a crankturn or two use your wrong foot to bring the front wheel up then BOOM with your right foot to clear the gap. :$
  11. i am not sure about avid as i have never used one but i would advise you to get a magura louise as they work awesome and look the dogs doodles
  12. i am in the process of learning hooks but can only so nipple height walls that are not even vertical
  13. have you ever actually used used them, and brake pads have never been stunning.
  14. the best riders are easily craig lee scott and neil tunnicliffe as they OWN the rest and maybe cesar canas and benito ross are the best at natural riding
  15. my rear HS33 became very slow to return so it may be that the piston is sticking, if u just take the brake and pads off then pull the lever to the bars u can then apply a decent amount of WD40 to the piston, repeat as neccesary till all works fine again.
  16. when you begin try to practice a variety of different things as, i know many people who now can only pedal hop and cannot climb/ balance at all so try to practise and not specialize in one aspect of the sport
  17. my friend drilled his rims and they look good and work fine, trust me quibell you aint gunna fold warm cheese with your riding
  18. last time i listened to music while riding i was cocentrating on the lyrics so much i forgot to let go of my back brake and went arse over tit
