Would A Bmx Frame Be Alright For Trials.
chris mac replied to lee220's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
some how i dont think a mod rear wheel whould fit in 14mm axil of a bmx frame. plus how would you be planning on running a rear brake? welding four bolt monts on is a waste of time and money. seems like a pretty weird idea but if you have the time and money to waste then go ahead, i would love to see a bmx frame with trials components would be a grat laugh -
im sorry mate but monty pads are the worst in the wet, it has to be said

its the worst idea ever! my mates t-rex feels so heavy and unmanuverable. its the worst choice u will ever make. mods are the way forward

hello, well basically ive found that risers are alot better because i rely on the fact that i can hop alot higher. but flat bars make staying on the back wheel alot easier. so they cind of cancel themselves out realy.

so do you guys recomend getting a new wider rim? i run a standard t-master rear wheel but i rarely even bukle it so i dont see the point but if it stops snake bites at low pressures then its a must have can anyone please recomend nice wide rear rims but not on the pricey side? also are the t-master hubs any good?
