I use PDANet, however downloading it from Cydia means you get the trial version which you can use for a certain amount of time I believe before you have to pay, but if you were too download it from 'Installous' then a few people have modified it so that you don't have to pay to register for the full app. Ofcourse I don't condone anything like that, because you should pay for all your apps and not download them all for free from Installous.

I've got a family member who was locked up for murder and got out about 5 years ago. I tend to like to upgrade to the top spec card from like 2 generations ago, usually buy off ebay and spend no more than £80. Where as I figure if I spent £80 on a new generation card it'd be a basic card that would still get trounced by the old 8800 Ultras or the 7800GX2's.

Anyone help? I have an Asus P5B Deluxe motherboard and a ATI x1900xt graphics card, however I want to buy a Nvidia 9800gx2 as the ATI card is sloooow. I believe the 9800gx2 is PCI-e 2.0 whatever that means? (I've been out of the loop for a while) Does that mean it won't work in my motherboard?

I believe the 6800's are AGPx8 just like the 5500 so they should swap just fine. Then it'll just be a case of getting the settings right, double check the cables are secure too.

The Geforce 7100 is a PCI-E card which is good news for you wanting to upgrade, one thing to bare in mind when buying a more powerful graphics card is they tend to need an extra source of power as they can't draw enough from the motherboard so you have to plug in a 6pin molex from your power supply, not all power supplies have these 6 pin plugs but you can buy an adapter like this for pence: as for choosing a graphics card have a look on somewhere like Overclockers.co.uk an see what's in your budget an then compare them on google as there's loads of tech sites that do competing benchmarks (XFX ATI HD 5750 here) or maybe Geforce GTS 250 it's best to do some research yourself and see what cards perform best on the games you want to play.
