yo ...well i first started off and was shit so i got told ...so here a good example so you have your left foot forward if your right footed and you right foot forward if you left footed then you role up or from static either way you lean a little to the front of your bike then pedel and throw your weight all the way to the front of the handle bars why pushing up then when in the aint pull the back end up more in the aint and land on what ever your trying ....try it for me ...thanks bennyb
Well the problem is that i have a shity standerd srocket on my 219 monty and a free wheel on the rear and i really want a free wheel on the rear and thr front or a srocket on the back and freewheel on the front but i dont no how to set this stuff up so could some one explain a good setup and wat works good...at the moment i have an echo rear hub wich is screw on so i dunno if a sprocket can fit on that so ....please info...? thanks bennyb

yer same here mate after bout an hour i start to get a lot of adrenaline rush and sweat a bit then cool then sweat ....but when i get going i can't really stop ...bennyb so ...yer i do to ....
yes i do ...i eat all sorts ....i eat salad bowls every day for supper and salad with most of my meals then i drink bout 7 500ml bottles a day and plenty of rice , pasta and i only drink some fizzy stuff and keep of heavy drinking and don't smoke ..plus i go in my gym and on my tred mill when i have time ect ...theres more but cant be asses to comment and also ride my bike every day i can lol..( only if it ain't f**king raining ).. ......so Yer and this is my gym i work out in ......bennyb
yes i am right footed forward and hop left i just got used to it after a while it is annoying and feels a lot different but keep practicing more ...bennyb
