on my peugeot speedfight 50cc when i had it, I got a racing exhaust from taffspeed and removed the collar from the variator. I think your standard exhaust will have 2 limiting chambers built into it, so by changing the exhaust you will get another 15mph out of it. The collar in the variator stops the bike going into what is effectively a higher gear, so combined with the exhaust, my by bike went from a top speed of 35mph to around 65mph and the acceleration was much improved. illegal though and it does void any insurance you may have.

looks well sexy, only change for me apart from what you have said is to put the saddle further back on the rails and have the nose up on it.

wait for someone you trust/respect by all means, but anywhere where there is a metal on metal interface, a bit of grease is allways a good idea.

there was an element of dry humour I thought in my last post, but never mind.

buy some easton's and when you fit them, grease the interface between the stem clamp and the bars (Y)

ok when you chefs coming in to town?

ok 1. face fork mount 2. take pads out of brake and ensure the rotor sits squarely down the centre of the calliper 3. make sure rotor is 100% clean, use hope sh1t shifter of x lite muc off, do not touch the rotor as your oils in your skin will contaminate it 4. buy a new set of pads, hope sintered i reckon, dont put your fingers on them 5. check brake is bled correctly, refer to your instruction manual or hopes website
