personally i hate the people that wear them as a fashion accessory, just cause its made by nike. ive always shown my support to breast cancer as my mum had a scare when i was small, and i wear a livestrong band because i had a scare back last year, and its not a nice feeling, its like the breast cancer badges but people see these as fashionable!

Here comes some avce engineering for you ;) you need to know what the metal is first as different metals have different cutting speeds eg. Mild steel cuts at 26m per min Brass cuts at 50m per min aluminium cuts at 100m per min to name a few The formula for working out rpm on a lathe is (c.sx1000)/(3.142xdia) eg aluminium that is 30mm wide (100x1000)/(3.142x30) = 1060 rpm ;) Hope this helps, Bon

right bit of an update: The problem was my monitor profile. Went into control panel and ran adobe gamma and boom....all sorted! so if anyone has the same problem...thats what you have to do (Y) Bon

My 306 1.9 tdi Town:- average 42mpg Allowing to rev above 2500 rpm (turbo kicks in)(Y) 34mpg ish Motorway driving about 80-90mph:- 67mpg!!!!!

right on the new clios, have a feel around in the passengers footwell, if theres a rubber gromet look in the engine bay to see if u can see and poke a bit of wire through it or have a look in the engine bay and up by the windscreen look to see if there are any wires going through.....if not you'll have to do what i did in my 306, drill a hole in the bulk head...out the way of any wiring looms.what ever you do, dont attach any amp wires to cars normal wiring eg cigerette lighter! apart from that without looking at it myself i cant help u any more Bon

at the moment i pay £691 a year for my 306 dturbo, getting a gti6 and norwich union told me in so many words to get lost which was so nice of them...so just been on confused.com and i can get insured on the gti6 for £1468.95 with admiral!!! love it. main reason its so cheap is i have pass plus and 1 yrs no claims.
