hi there i am about to buy a single speed kit, just need to now how to fit it, and what tools i need? i have a wheel without a cassette on it. will i need a tensiour? what chain is best for this set up? cheers nathan

right, i am about to receive a set of wheels, but the back wheel hasn't got a cassette fitted.I have a cassette on another wheel which i don't use and i am going to remove the cassette from the old wheel to put on the new wheel when it comes.the only problem is i don't now how to remove the cassette and how to fit the cassette.

The zona zip, full bike, with onza parts, from supercycles sounds quite reasonable for £519 but not shore on what the feel will be like. Can you leave your comments or complaints on, what do your think the bike will be like? Thanks
