I forgot to mechane that it creeks then clicks or the other way round some times, depends how much pressure there is. Will try everything above tomorrow cheers

Hey, My internal onza headset is creeking, the noice is coming from the bottom of the headset, everytime i put a downwards pressure on my handle bars, it creeks . What has happened? what will need replacing? If it is just the bottom bearing then, How do i remove the old one, then refit the new one? Cheers nafan

Or you can just get a thin allen key or thin screw driver head and put the head of the screw driver or allen key through the none drive side of the frame, into the little hole, then rest tool on the frame and push the peddle backwards its a 2 second job
