hey yo, have a little buckle in my front rim, i see riders straightening their rims with the spoke tool, but don't know how exactly to do, so, How do i un-buckle my front rim with the spoke tool? Cheers

been on the phone to supercycles and the guy said if i can get hold of the recite then ......(not shore) but to make sure the bike has the over sized bb shell ill need to now the correct circumference (distance around the inside of the bb shell on the frame) if you know the exact measurment in "mm" or can give me a link to a diagram for the standard size bb shell in the frame???or even if you now the correct size bb shell for all frames ?? is there only one size?? if you don't understand then ask! please help

I have just taken bb out and the threads look good, but the old bb had a little movement, i think it was down to that as when i fort the bb was coming loose, (holding the crank arms, then pushing and pulling to feel movement) is it best to have the bb tight or really tight?

I dunno ive only have this bike 1 week + 1day, If they cant do anything about it then can it get helicoiled?

On the drive side of the bb, is it serpose to screw in to the left? The bike was bought around the christmas before last, I'm trying to get off the details of purchase

hey people, I have got a t-pro 05 with problems with the bottom bracket area, recently my bb has been creaking so i bought a 127.5mm UN53 off chainreactioncycles, saturday i fitted the new bb, all went ok, abit loose fit. Today when i got back from riding i sore that the bb had come loose, so off came the arms and i took the bb out to check it over, when i took it out there were thin metal rings that look like they had come from the frames thread, cleaned it all up and the bb all looked good so i placed the bb through the frame part into the other cup and started to tighten the bb, when the cup got tight to the frame it kept spinning, so i got the bb out again and put the original bb back in, it went in fine, and i took it for a ride, there were signs of loosening again. my forts There is two things i think it could be 1)I put grease on the threads (helps it come un-done) :$ 2)the threads have gone! Q's -I need your expertise to guide me on what i should do?ALSO Are there to different size thickness shells? -If the threads have gone, then where and how can i get them re-threaded? Help people
