Hey, On sunday, me and a few riders will be going to Bridport to ride the street and the rocks. There is lots to ride, All can be seen in Richard Pearson's (sp?) lastest Video, "Play Thumper". -The cams fit onto the axle between the hub and the frame. -there are bolts which screw in the frame which the cams push against (some frame dont have these screw hole, e.g. Zona zip) -when you spin the cams one way it pushes the wheel back, and the other way loosens the wheel off -make sure both cams are facing the same way -then use the lip on the cam to push the cam around to make a force against the bolt -this pushes the wheel to gain chain tension

So im not in the right for saying,when you run water into the bath the force of the water coming out the tap into the bath water creates oxygen bubbles,(you can see it happen when you run a bath) which then dissolves into the water (or rises) so when you bleed your brake, air can get in.....

The people that say they are shit are the people that dont understand that water contains alot of oxygen (air) So you need to distill the water and put some antifreeze in, also a bath bleed is better than using a syringe because the bath is easier and works better and no air gets in the system.

If the wheel is centre, then give each and every spoke a 1/4 or 1/2 half turn, should stop the spokes from letting the rim move to the non-drive side. Becuase when you pedal, the chains force on the cog pushes the wheel to the non-drive side. If you can understand that
