Picture 2: Find the two little indents, get a screw driver to grip inside one of the indents. Then hit the screw driver with a hammer, so that the lockring turns clockwise. (Do not vise the freewheel, because when I tried this my freewheel bent and the lockring became stuck.) Nathan

The spacer you are looking for is about 1mm thick. I have some crank spacers for use when using just a freewheel, butthey are like 3 mm thick. There is two things you could do... 1.) Call Tartybikes or T-uk and see if they have this spacer. 2.) Buy a bashring with a spacer built in, The bashring best for this would be the "Echo 6061 bashring." hope that helped Nathan

Hoping to go this year. but... What happens when you arrive at Buthiers, Do you just get on the bike and ride? Or do you have to pay or do something before you ride? How big is the area that you ride, is it likely to see other riders? Is Buthiers a town or is it the woodland?

Maybe some pictures would help us see exactly what is wrong?

Just out of interest, Where would someone stand in the case of a shell on a Hope Pro 2 cracking whilst doing a big move involving height, and really seriously heart themselves. Would that person be able to sue hope for every penny. Don't Hope think what danger they are potentially putting riders to. Just a thought Nathan

Cnc backings improve the proformance of the brake because there is no flex in the pad backings or the componud. Although these backings do vade warranty on magura brakes. Yes the normal plastic backings do bend after some of the pad is worn away. Also the Cnc Backings make the brake feel more solid on the lever. That should help you. Nathan

Hi, At the moment my bike rides with a high rise (130 x 30) which I find too high. Was looking at buying an Echo 115 x 10 for the streety feel or the Try-all 130 x 20 for a natural feel. Can anyone give me a better option of stem for the feel and the looks? Also if anyone has these stems can you sugest how they ride. Nathan

If your going to buy some koxx pads, I would suggest the greens. Although these pads are designed to be very good in the wet, they are also very very very good in the dry.The pads are Noisy and they lock. Also they put up a great performance in the wet. All in all, great pads for all weathers. Nathan
