well I wouldnt say it was a modern bike in terms of geo and spec. Theres some thing you will want to upgrade after a while but you will get that with any bike. but if you are just starting out its a good bike. Saying that all the people that ride for MAD are awsome riders so just because it isnt modern geo doesnt mean its only a beggingers bike. £100 for a full stock in working condition is a steal especialy if your just learning the basics. Go for it.

I used wire cutters when doing my Monty tire. It was a lot faster than a blade and hot water.
