  1. I like it in this vid (probably because its me) but I totally understand why people don't like too much slow mo. Well take that on board for the next vid. I can do it both ways if its a rolling spin but if I have to kick into it my body just seems to spin goofy better. I do want to get it the right way though. It looks a lot better. I'd be happy to show you round. Leeds has a lot more to offer than what you see in most videos and the spots we went to earlier in the year when you filmed your spring brakeless vid. Me and Flipp have Sunday, Monday and Wednesdays off. Thanks for the comments everyone.
  2. lol proper showing Leeds what for! I really liked the sidehop to 180 pivot out..... Stylish.
  3. I'm not sure why It was loose. Maybe I loosened it between spots and forgot to tighten it back up I don't usually wear it like that. Glad you like the vid! I do wish the Arty shots had better riding in them but I've only just started to learn the streety moves. I hope the more trialsy bits make up for it After the Red bull event I definatly want to hit Manc again when its dry. We only rode under the motorway on some kicker for 4 hours before the event which was fun but it would have been nice to see some more of what Manchester has to offer! He used a canon 7d with a variety of lenses on a slider Its still hurting now I kinda knew I'd fall out of it a lot before I made the line I wanted. It was just unlucky it was that bad The grass was too wet and long so I lost bags of speed as soon as I stopped pedaling. Thanks for all the comments! Also HERE is my friends youtube channel if you fancy checking out what else he is involved with!
  4. Barcelona vid was fun! Those sea barriers look awsome to ride. Ill edit about the other vid when I get home.... time for work EDIT: The roadtrip vid was very enjoyable too. Made me look forward to summer 2012 roadtrippin so much! It was great to see some riding from Rowam and Andy Chai too. Wish they would release some more videos. I'm guessing there just not riding as much as they used to? Silky smooth riding from you and Ross
  5. Me and my friend got together on Sunday in Leeds with some hefty camera equipment with the aim of making something really nice and crisp! Its the first time he has done this type of video and the first Ive done on the Inspired so wasn't sure how smooth it would go but it was great to work together. I'm really happy with the results. Hopefully we can do more together in the future, maybe soon if my spine recovers from that fall All comments welcome...
  6. I wouldn't mind riding York sometime. Maybe an evening ride after work.... I work at cyclesense in Tadcaster which isn't far down the A64. Andy is right, Danny G is from York.
  7. movember video? comedy edit!
  8. Thats kind of worse that he sat on that design for a year and didn't think that it could be improved. Sorry to seem harsh. Onza do a good thing for trial creating full builds that people can afford when they start out but stuff like that just cheapens something which could have looked good just in that colour.
  9. I don't see why you couldn't just camp on the glen for one night. Could park the cars round the tents for wind cover and safety. Ill hopefully be there if I can get my bike together
  10. I think the Genesis looks pretty cheap for a £999 bike. If you look at the Echo Pure full build on Tarty which is of a similar value, it looks much better quality even with the colourful parts on it. The dots on the frame just look like something you thought of as a last minute thing. I like the colour though.
  11. Is it a good idea to clean them out after a few rides? Mines started to skip but I've read most people just bang them on then don't touch them and they have been fine. I'm not sure if its the tensionor Might try my other one to see....
  12. It's got Leeds Hyde park in so I enjoyed this. I think that Stoke Plaza is on it too thats on the 24:tour vid.
  13. See facebook. Tonight was all you Andy. You posted about Ali and Mark without even reading the thread to see Ali had already replied. You probably didn't even watch the video. I don't see what thats got to do with other people winding you up. Just learn from this and stop posting rubbish. I'm sure the warnings will go eventually.
  14. Just stop replying Andy. You lost as soon as you lowered yourself to Ross Clayton's level in the other thread.

    Movember

Keeper! Having a full on beard is cheating because most of you will look good with a beard even if you dont like it. Not many people can pull off a proper moustache and even if they can they shouldn't.
  16. just eat some meat and go back to the gym Andy
  17. the lever body looks a bit fat on those brakes carbon forks???
  18. Nice edit Flipp. Enjoyed the riding!

mind officially blown after this and the red bull sessions yesterday. Great work Mark!
  20. I'm still climbing every now and again but riding has taken over mostly. I did some outdoor bouldering this year which was awsome. It was more fun been outside on real rocks. Trying to go once a week again to the indoor wall now its getting to winter time. Maybe twice if the weather stays like it was today
  21. Cheers Rich. Did you get out on the bike? The camera is fine on the tripod but your right about the moving shots. Its a Cannon Ixus 990 IS which I borrow off my mum but Ive got a GoPro on the way which should be better. Ill prob do a bike mounted heavy vid first just to try it out but for proper videos mostly have it on a tripod or someone holding it.
  22. I thought everyone did that. Its only rocking forwards and backwards correction hopping that takes the smoothness away from a line. Although its allowed on drops. You took off a bit far back on the drop. Try getting closer to the edge first. Nice chilled video. I always enjoy your vids
  23. loving this, your riding gets better every video! The last line was silky smooth
