After a short Hull ride yesterday while thinking about this thread I do different things depending on the situation....
Static - Kinda hop off from two strait on letting the rear roll over the edge then landing to two. (probably the most fun, especially when the front drops below the wall before your rear comes off but you manage to pull it through!)
A Little speed - pedal off and land rear first.
Good speed - roll off the edge to two.
Nice Dave, knew you would already be rocking some big bunny hops!
That move you did at 50ish seconds is the technique Mark described to get onto thinner stuff
Me and Mike had the breakfast too. Best decision/meal of the weekend!
Just been out on a ride tonight and my body is still drained Mike got a clip in the bag though.
Where are those rocks dan?
as far away from "todays riding" as you can get! Here is a clip I didn't end up using in my stock video for some reason last year.
The newer paint jobs really suck, especially the stocks! If you looked at the pure and the genesis you would think the Echo would cost at least £100 more.
Onza Ice, comp and 320 were an excellent job though.
It's still better than a lot of stuff coming out at the moment!
I'd love to see a GET3.
Nick G's "extra" clips are amazing too.
EDIT: It would be great if you could buy GET1 still or download it.
Well just going from a streety frame to a longer frame is a big change. Having more rise on the Echo will just make the transfer easier.
I guess you could say lowering the height on the 24 would do the same thing but then it wouldnt ride as well.
The height is right on the 24. No need to go changing that. Inspireds have less rise than TT's. I think he is more wondering if to get some more TT bars for the Echo.
I feel the same with my Inspired and Hifi.
The hifi definatly needed some more height at the front and the bars pulled back a bit!
So yer try more stackers on the forks or put the TT bars on the Echo to see how it feels.
That was cool Ben, Thanks!
That line where he kind of slid across the bank on the building because it was slippy was awsome!
The music didn't really go though I thought even though thats totally the kind of thing I love to listen to.
I was really enjoying it till the Helicam footage started near the end. Just made for rubbish angles and annoying sounds.
The 180 on the down slope thing to turn round was pretty nuts!
It'l be dry enough to go soon! The last time you went you got blown to Sheffield =p
I'll let you know Stan. The rocks look smooth enough for some brakeless action! and hopefully plenty of kickers
