  1. I think it depends on the competition. In the case of Ben's comp all the videos are going to be in one thread so it could just be pinned to the top of the normal video section till its finished. The GET comp could have done with it own subsection while the comp was running though.
  2. Most rear wheels seem to come with fixed and freewheel so you can switch between. Went out for a little ride earlier. Having riser bars felt really odd. Need some bullhorn bars if anyone has any?
  3. I'm pretty sure people have better things to do than drive miles and pay to ride white just to win. Sounds like a good idea Ben. 'a bike that's not trials-specific' is pretty clear to me.
  4. New bike! Nothing special at all but I picked the frame, fork, headset, bb, seatpost/clamp up for £45. I wanted something more my size than my last one. Not sure if this is too big but I'll see soon. I got some nice cranks for it but now I've run out of money I've just used some parts off my old one and put my trials bar/stem on there so I can go for a ride tomorrow. Trialtech bars and pedals
  5. That's probably the answer then. I doubt I'll need to take it out of the frame so it doesn't matter for now.
  6. It's more effective to just sit on your seat and "walk" down on the bike. Let me know when your free next for a ride, still jobless.
  7. Wish I had the cash to come up for the xmas ride. Not even bothered about the driving hours. Will just have to settle for these vids! Bump up stairs then nose into wall ride was sweet by Alex!
  8. I had it like that on my Inspired for a while when I had just got it and the only problem was I couldn't get it tight enough to stay still after landing crappy 180's. Was just a pain to have to straiten it up all the time.
  9. I run 18/13 and I feel that's pretty much the same feel that 18/15 gives you on stock so 18/12 should give you a bit more speed for those Inspired type moves. I heard 18/12 on a 24 can put too much strain on the rear 12 cog. I'm not sure if this is true though. I got a 12 to try out but couldn't get my 13 off so sold it on and never found out.
  10. The TT BB is really good. I've had one in my Inspired for over a year now. The only problem is I can't get the washers off to get to the BB threads to get it out if I wanted it on a new frame or to service it.
  11. I parked here for the red bull event Luke http://goo.gl/maps/6GtXq
  12. Andeee has made threats to beat me Dan and Flipp up on multiple occasions. There's no keeping the peace ever with that keyboard warrior.
  13. Everyone just needs to ignore andeee's posts for the rest of his trials forum life. Even Ross had the sense just to leave the forum and never come back.
  14. Martin D moved back to mod from Inspired Skye or just a one off?
  15. 45 PSI is great for street and the kendas while not the best grip wise have a similar pinch protection to maxxis tyres I've found.
  16. I can't come now. Got a family thing to go to, sorry guys.
  17. Whats the date then, 23rd like manning suggested or 24th like the topic titles still saying?
  18. I used some wire cutters. I didn't feel safe with a stanley knife and they seemed to work better.
  19. confusing. If your organizing another ride earlier than the xmas one its probably easier to create another thread.
  20. If any of you didn't know Adidas now own 5/10 so it isn't suprizing some of there shoes are similar. http://www.bikeradar.com/news/article/adidas-buy-five-ten-32281/
  21. Not as much as they used to* (A) My bad.
