  1. I don't think 6 months is long to wait for a custom frame. I know the waiting list for some fixie companies is over a year easy. but yer.... JAF.
  2. TT foams and a track pump is a brilliant combo!

      It is indeed!

Although the air compressor is a little better ;)

  3. I'm going to be doing one this week. Glad I don't have pads to rub
  4. I still haven't seen any footage where I thought, that's defiantly too muddy to have a trial on. In all those clips it doesn't seem to be getting worse. Great footage anyways. Nicely put together
  5. fair enough, thanks for a bit more info. I had a search around but couldn't really find anything besides the results which brought me to that conclusion. Sounds like it was probably a sensible thing to do.
  6. If the conditions were that bad maybe it have been more of a moving statement if he had got all the riders to stop in protest rather than just doing it himself and looking like he just couldn't hack it.
  7. Great video Aaron! Cool location and riding. The train rail/rock line was sweet
  8. Really nice Ben, great choice of components!
  9. I might have to make the switch soon. My jeans were great in the winter as there thick but when they get a bit sweaty the range of movement isn't great. It just sucks switching. Need to learn how to avoid the pedals again In all honesty I was joking about the poo. I just think people who maybe aren't doing lots of comps and still trying to get the technique of moves down focus too much on the bikes weight but your right that if they can afford it then why not.
  10. I wouldn't recommend QR's for spins or gaps to 90 but for anything else I wouldn't see it been a problem. My TT QR has far outlasted the Hope QR I had if anyone looks in here for QR advice..... but yer I can wait to have bolts again!

    Brakeless edit!

I enjoy your videos but I agree about the head cam. The only situation I enjoy it really is when riding a skinny rail or something. Keep it up! Fun edits.
  12. No. If you can predict 90% of everything then why can't Family Guy and it just be really crap that something actually happened at the event.
  13. Might as well put some stackers above the stem for a bit to see if you get on with it? Nice bike. I wouldn't mind having one if I wanted to have brakes again. I rode Nick Mannings last year and it felt spot on.
  14. https://vimeo.com/64131895
  15. I hope to make it down for this again but I'll have to see about getting a lift.
  16. I just meant if he is injured then sticking to something like 22/18 might be best for him as it's an easier gear but I'd say the optimal gear ratio for a Foreplay would be 22/16 or 15. I guess I don't know much about hamstring injuries so I might be talking rubbish.
  17. It depends on his hamstring injury. 18t will be a good starting point to test your injury but i'd say the best ones would be 16 or 15. Ali runs 22/15
  18. I think Ryan Leech rides 26 usually which is different gearing to 24. So yer what Dave said
