Quality of the footage seems a bit off to me. Is it the same for other people? Is it just youtube? Once I got past the intro there was some cool riding. Respect for gaping down strait to two on that log on a compy bike! Edit: Was youtube not bothering to play in full quality first time around. Should upload to Vimeo too.

I had it last year and stretching and exercises sorted it out. While I was doing that I used my left hand for the mouse and now I'm back using my right but with an upright mouse. It's more of a natural position than a normal mouse and defiantly helps the Tennis elbow to not recur. I basically did what this guy is doing. You can turn your hand so the palm is facing away from the body to stretch the tendon even more but don't go too overboard with it.

Congrats JD Feeling pretty great after a days laboring filling a skip full of rubble, and then an 18 mile fixie ride. Made a nice change from just looking at job websites all day till people are available to ride trials.

How about a Hope stem. They come in 90mm 10. Or save weight by not using suspension.

Wish I still had my HIFI. I've fancied riding some braked stuff recently. Could go back and film this with 90% less correction hops too! Still loving brakeless though
