Pretty cool to get a frame off someone who inspires you so much!
You need to get or borrow a better camera though. Your bike pictures are always blurry and dark.
Enjoyed that though I thought a couple of the clips where people walked/joged in front of the camera should have been re shot. Moved the focus away from the rider for no reason.
I don't know why he uses those forks either, but his riding didn't look sluggish because of them like some others do.
Thought I had commented on this!
Just watched both videos again with the music turned up.
Level of tech and skill in this video was amazing Flipp. Notice cool new thing on every watch.
Wondering how many people spotted the ET on the line at playhouse
Really enjoyed the long shots too Ride soon.
Vasek kolers was really good but he should have kept it to just the first part where he was doing the song. Second part wasn't as good. Seemed to just stick in clips because he had them. Just made the video longer than It should have been.
Thanks to the Bens, judges and sponsors for this year! Chuffed with 3rd place
Surprised Joachims video wasn't higher placed in novice. Someone needs to sponsor that guy!
Glad Mike got an Inspired saddle
The only problem with forks from DMR and other jump/mtb companies is that the steerer will often be far too short for a Trialsy bike.
I guess it wouldn't be as much of a problem on a Hex as you usually use less stackers but for 24" riders there not ideal.
Edit: Also the axle to crown length is usually longer to match up to the size of sus forks which raises the BB of the bike compared to Inspired forks.
Cheers guys. You and Mark commented on fb when I posted it there I think so not lame!
I'm keen to get down to Bristol again. Last stop on the 24 tour didn't make for great riding It would be cool to visit some less ridden spots too.
I thought I had a good chance of falling in the water Ash but managed to avoid it!
If your going to be running it brakeless, do skids and go down hills I'd get a hub with a lock ring!
I think Ali C ran a trials hub on his fixie while he was in flat Blackpool. Don't know if he still uses it up i Glasgow? Depends on the terrain.
