  3. XP I have to defrag it otherwise nothing will run.
  4. No the computer loads up and is very very slow and most of the programs I open will crash ad the computer will die, so I turn it off hoping it will load up ok for me to defrag. If all I need is a hard drive I shall find one other than that Im running al my anti virus crap again to see what happens
  5. Im sure theres something wrong with my computer its not normal to defrag my computer everyday. Im searching for viruses and fining nothing does anyone have any ideas.
  6. Bubble wrap it then brown tape over it. Put addy on a bit of paper and tape to it

  13. Im doing them with my feet hooke dunder my tv cabinet with them bent as much as possible. Then arms folded over my chest in a cross shape. Then sitting up so Im as close to my legs as possible then back down.
  14. Imbuilding up finally, having started pressups again. After a week Im easily doing 20 and getting on for 25/30 now. Situps have improved now averaging 15ish and there proper ones. Pull ups are about 10 a tie with breaks.
  15. Wel I have my induction hingy this thursday and then Im gonna stay on for a bit afterwards. Im looking to build more upper body muscle for bmxing as Im not riding trials anymore. My egs areplenty strongfrom al the cycling. Ill will ask the trainer wha sort of programe I should do. What use is the rowing machine is it a substitute for sit ups.

  19. Right Ive started I had a big plate of pasta and tua and sardines Will try and eat better food now, Im lazy and cookquick stuff.
  20. cheers only thing about te eating is I eat non stop and never put any f it on. Altough I ave got a bit heavier this month becasue Ive been doing gynaticsand lots of pul ups and pressups on the apparatus there.
  21. Off to getmy membership now but the thing is. I want to put on muscle on my upper body,now Im skinnyish. I take it I hve to eat the right stuff aswell as work ot to build muslce, if not what do I have to do.
