Yeah, I getcha. You've got £100+ worth of parts now, but if you get the Onza they won't be compatible and you'll have to buy more parts, so the cost of those as well as the frame equals about the same as the Pitbull frame. Plus, you want to use your current parts anyway...

Well they've got no reason to be quick? You've paid for the product, so they've got what they need from you. Could always try and lure Brant. Post a positive thread about Planet-X, and somehow Brant always knows they're here and replies in them. No joke...

Yeah, I noticed the leaning. Maybe 'cos he was once in the Monty Mafia™ they're letting him off 'cos he's an old friend of the observers? (Y) First vid = pretty fly, second = making trials look bad...

A-ha, I see. I thought it was more style (e.g. trails sorta riding) as opposed to more trick ferrety sorta stuff? My mistake. Either way, was weird to see Newport being used in a different way to usual.

Your words cut like knives (Y)

It's not weight though, is it? Or am I thinking like a 'tard? 'cos does it have to be the same weight to exert the same pressure?

I aim to please*. *Typically, 2 inches inside the anus...

Newports not so bad. The people who ride there can be a bit arsey, but save for that it can be OK (in small doses...). Yet again, another video to reinforce my feeling that crankflips were, are, and will always be a shit trick to do. Otherwise, it looked OK. It wasn't as smooth as BMXers would've been (it just looks a bit kinda forced/rough on MTB's), but some of it was nice. Mark.

I didn't freakin' look before. Well... maybe I did, but that's only 'cos you sound exactly like Drunkson who lives near here... SHUT UP (Y)

If you ride street locally though, it's a good thing they don't cover it? otherwise, you're basically saying "Hi, my name's Spunkey_Munkey_boy. This is a picture of me riding my stunt bike, in your town. Chances are that if you think about it, most of the damage in town to benches, walls and so on could be caused by me"? People simply don't understand trials riding, and for the small percentage you could convert to a positive aspect over trials you'd have a lot more thinking "that bitch messes up our town" or something?

In computer terms, the way to phrase a paragraph is to drop down a line and not indent. If you're writing by hand, it's the indent. I don't make the rules - that's what they are though. Either way, if people try and check up on you and find your posts on here, if you post in non-standard English or whatever they're going to be a bit skeptical. And, as you say, it's not what you know but who you know - if your potential employer asks someone from the trials world who's on here to scope out what you're like, if he sees posts like the ones above he's going to be thinking it's a bit sketchy too? Plus it's just way better posting in a decent way... Anyhoo, try submitting reviews to websites or something. I've had some published on www.trialsride.com a coupla years ago, and I've done written stuff for a local newspaper, and I've done other reviews on different items, etc. Had to write reports about the frames I've been testing for Onza too and so on, so every little helps... Either way, it's a tiny market with little scope (journalism in the trials sector, anyway), so why not try and broaden your horizons? Try getting a job with a local newspaper just to gain experience or something? Mark.

12-ish is f**king morning.

So THIS is the reason you woke me up this morning to ask me who made blue pads?

So... You use your card, but you use your parent's card. That's a little confusing?

Why can't you get another Tibo if you contact them? Is it discontinued or something? To be fair, if it breaks after 4 months, would you want another one?
-
They haven't done an Indoor DVD or video since the last year Dougie Lampkin won (the overall title...), 'cos I haven't been able to get a copy of the two times I went there, which kinda sucked the cock. If you have any luck, lemme know how you got them!
-
Yeah, Apocalyse Now f**king ruled...
-
The thing is is that they're a pretty small company (not a huge corporation or whatever, unless they're kinda syndicated by someone) so having to design, research, develop a new frame added to the tooling costs, prototyping and so on, it'd just bankrupt them or drive frame prices bitchin' high.

Same way that the healthy, average White causcasian male has the least rights out of anyone in the world, in terms of disputes like racism and so on. Most white males haven't got a leg to stand on, which is kinda funny. It's like the big swing-o-meter's still kinda moving, as opposed to trying to find a happy medium. Take feminism for example. It used to be well in favour of men (no voting for women, really shitty state of society for them), but now women are allowed to take a lot of the liberties against men that used to be taken against them, so it seems that there needs to be a balance. Personally, I don't see the point any more in saying "25% of our workforce needs to be women", and other such quotas in that sense. You'd have kinda hoped that society today would've been open-minded enough to simply pick the best for the job, regardless of other sorta stuff like genre, race, etc.

Maybe making the downtube butch, seeing as it seems to dent pretty easily? Or are they staying focussed and sorta thinking "Well, really, we're making it for us to win stuff on" and not sorta trying to cater for the mass trials market?
-
Ditto. I find that after I've slid them on, I've sorta wrung all the water out anyway so I can ride with them anyway. They just set straight onto the Pazzaz bars I've got, although I used some GT-85 today for them. Didn't seem to work too well? For me, I just bosh my standard metal bar plugs in. Tried, trusted... Mark. P.S. Seeing as it's done, I'll lock it.

Yeah, my old T-Bone had a 24" top-tube, and that was f**king short. You're also correct about the measurement of the BB->headset. I think a short rear end with a fairly long(ish) front would feel pretty spangly, but I don't know off hand the back end of my T-Pro, although some middle ground between that and the T-Bone would be pretty ideal. I'll go out tomorrow and measure shit and get back to you :o

And being a total dick in doing so? e.g. "SMOKE ME", "eat shit", "the pussy is in the middle in genral" and "his magic calculator knows how deep a pussy is evem nefore hes dipped his wick."? What the fuck do you gain from posting shit like that? What's your job at Rolls Royce (at trialnoir), just out of curiosity? Do you do any of the design work or just sorta production floor work? Are Hope going to need to radically alter their new hub then seeing as it's skipping, or is it just small fiddly shit that needs doing? With regards about the chain breaking stuff, isn't it going to break where the links were joined, as opposed to it being the max. load the chain can take? Or are you all talking about actually snapping the side plates or something?

Wow, a post rivalling the usefulness of your Post from earlier. Good work, clown... TheOnion article made me laugh. I like how they kinda keep the pretences up for quite a while :D
