(Forgot to rotate it ) My new T-Lite Long, a new frame from Onza. It's the T-Lite, but longer At first I didn't really like it as coming from the T-Pro it's got pretty short chainstays (I had to take a link out of my T-Pro-length chain to get any tension), but now I'm pretty much used to it and it's OK. Easy enough to manual (although I've gotta relearn the balance point), good for spins as the bike is really under you, and it's just quite nice in general If anyone wants a go (Don't know why you would ) I'll be at the Deej ride so just shout me down or something...

  4. Instant Deltron 3030 usage kudos :) Pretty cool video, I think the music went with your riding better than the 'heavy' stuff you used to use <_<
  5. I Muck-Off'd my rim, scrubbed the brake, then washed it all off with water. Feels like I put tar on it again, brake working well. Woo!
  6. Or you can have the one I made for you in exchange for a Mars or a bottle of coke or just your lovely company on the drive down <_<
  7. No, he hasn't made a "tonnage" of controversial threads/posts, it's just that he sorta disappeared, then reappeared again just to do this sorta thing. It could just be I was reading them wrong or something, but they just seemed like he was spoiling for a fight really. If people want to do that, go ahead, it's just that from looking at the amount of work that Simon's put into trials-shack and how much he's helped out a lot of people, it just seems Adam was deliberately trying to be a twat to him. Again, I may have read that wrong, but that's how it came across to me. I just thought it was needless, but there we go...
  8. That wouldn't make any difference. The top cap shouldn't touch the top of the steerer tube, so that wouldn't affect it, and it wouldn't really affect the stem clamp too much.
  9. Yes. Which seemed to basically be what you wanted to achieve, which is why I don't get why you posted some stuff. It's fair enough starting a 'controversial' thread with an open mind, but it just seemed that you were always trying to do these things to lead to people getting pissed off, which is precisely what you achieved in this thread, judging from the reactions of George and Joe. You didn't need to say what you said, but you did it purely to upset/annoy people, and I don't really see the point in doing stuff like that. Who knows.

    Cracked Koxx

Typically, schools ask AS students to go back for the last 4-5 weeks of the summer term to theoretically start on the A2 course. However, that's pointless 'cos you basically end up dossing around 'cos teachers know you won't remember a few weeks worth of notes before going on your summer holiday, and you're basically switched off after the exams anyway...
  11. So you donated £5, whilst in the knowledge that only you possessed that he should have "pulled the plug long ago"? To be honest Adam, I don't really get why you keep coming back here. You just seem to again try and do these sorta confrontational/controversial posts just to try and piss people off, when really it's just making you look like a knob? Before, you seemed to be one of the better people around here, releasing some decent videos and so on, so why are you just being a tit now?

5 months? That's shit! For a relatively expensive bike frame, you'd have thought it would've lasted longer :D There seem to be a few cases of the more recent frames breaking around the vent holes, so maybe they'll be generous... Let us know how you get on (even if you get told to keep it quiet )!

Re School: Yeah, I was super tempted by that, but then I realised I put a lot of work into my AS levels (sorta), and that they basically mean less than f**k all by themselves. It's really, really better to just stay on to A2, whilst getting a part time job (for the whole of my A2 course, I've worked Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday in Somerfield stacking shelves, and all day Saturday running our lbs on my own, bringing in £4-4.5K a year, tax free ), and then just doing it like that. It's meant I can buy all the stuff I need to, have some left over, and still carry on at school. Re the Warranty: Go for it. I remember Jack_flash on here had some issues with his Levelboss when he tried to claim on the warranty (Koxx bullshitting him about what was wrong with the frame, etc.), but just stick to your guns and it should be cool. The way the cracks have formed at the same points on each side suggests it's not an "abuse" problem because that would've suggested a single crack on one side more than a pair of similar cracks. Plus Koxx have had trouble with that sorta stuff on a few of their frames...

    Cracked Koxx

How come you're leaving after AS? Anyway, just make sure it's rewelded, or try and speak to Koxx aobut why their frames keep breaking around the 'breathing' holes on their frames
  15. The person who was supposed to be covering me at work waited until yesterday to tell me they can't cover me any more... I might have someone else who can do it for me, but it's not looking likely. Hope you all have fun splashing around in the rain without me, if I can't make it...
  16. With that boss letter, you should be able to get something, hopefully  Cheers for all that you've done though, Si. It really is much appreciated. I guess people won't realise how much they've relied on T-S 'til it goes, which sucks a bit... Anyway, good luck with the companies! Mark
  17. They are, that's the weird thing. It's really well set-up, but it's just not happening...
  18. No. The real FUN part of it all though is that they don't tell you this, but you enter a cycle of every other day getting an e-mail from them asking you to resubmit your card details  It's the Shit. Mark
  19. Aaaaaaaawesome video  Really nicely put together... Nice sorta "relaxed" editing, good music, good riding - it was just all there :- Really sorta captures the sorta atmosphere of the place/riders too, as opposed to a lot of the more 'sterile' sorta videos some people keep producing. Seriously good work :) Ditch that car and keep making videos instead! Mark P.S. Was cool to see that drop by the pier that Gav had been telling me about, onto the round topped things. Was it Tim Pratt who did it perpendicular or something ridiculous like that?
  20. Hmm... I'm sorta going off the Konigs now (Y) When I first put them on, I noticed the spongey feel of them. I thought it must've been the brake, but with the Koxx greens on it felt nicely solid. Soon as the Konigs were on, it sorta went soft. That's 8mm of soft-ish pad material I guess. But yeah, I was willing to try nad learn to like the amount of sponginess due to the awesome bite and hold. Unfortunately, that seems to be going now too :) It still sorta locks and stuff, but no better than the Koxx greens. At first they were super, but now they're just... hmm. I'll give them a proper ride tomorrow, but it's not looking super promising from my point of view about what I'm looking for from my back brake.
  21. Haven't heard that sorta story line before in those sorta films? :) Cheers for the review though (Y)
