Hiho. Im sorry I wont help much but before I got the motion of hoping forwards I was asking everyone how to do it and I was geting really frustrated but I practiced and got it without much help at all. Basically you gota bend your arms and legs abit while pulling the bike up. Then its a gentle kick to start going forwards but as you get better you can kick it harder to cover further gaps GOODLUCK BUD! ~Matty

Take a look on ebay maybe for cheap parts or ask some friends if they got spare parts going for cheap??? I love this sport but I do kinda suck at it. E.g. I can only pedul up like 2ft and I have no confidence for side hops but I am told my balance is good ~Matty

Chavs suck. There really imature and take the piss out of everyone and they reckon there the bee's nee's. I got a few mates that where trackies , but they dont think there hard. But overall , chavs should grow up. (I thought I better not swear here ) ~Matty

oh my god!!! Im diabetic (type 1). Been diabetic for just over a year now It sux. I aint quite got my insulin right because in the winter I need to give myself more due to not as much riding then in the summer I reduce it by loads because I ride alot, and I have to have alot of sweets, lol. ~Matty

I would say hope for a few reasons . 1. My mate had one and before wearing it in it fell mint. 2. Lever is comfortable. 3. Looks nicer Ps. Hope whatever one you buy is good for you ~Matty

I swapped from gears to single speed on one off my other bikes and its so much better because gears allways f**k up. Also it looks like a good thing to go with single speed mate by the replys ~Matty

Can I just add here, where do you buy EchoCNC rims from??? I like them and they look strong because im a big guy and im thinking the ones with holes in on the rear may not be a good idea ~Matty
