If you want to bulk you need to be doing compounds. Deadlifts/Squats and Bench Press so these little dumbell sets are no good.

Nice! Love these 24" echos. Ive been away from trials but ide love to get back in to it. Putting weight on due to weight training though and I don't feel it will suit me anymore

Just fitted 9 speed gears Next thing for it is get a frame to suit 150mm forks, new rear brake. Also need to stop the forks I have no topping out so harshly. In need a rod for them

Yeah, I realised after that you can just use the cc cap. I could get hold of a cheap shifter tomorrow but will it be worth it? What im thinking is do I waste £15 on a single speed chain (it may be more as if I want it for Friday ile have to go to my LBS) which is a bit more expensive than the internet or get a cheap 9 speed shifter from my LBS which will be the same price ide imagine. Main problem I have is I need it for Friday. So is it worth getting a cheap 9 speed shifter or play it safe and get a single speed chain which I will only use for fridays ride? EDIT: The thing is I dont know if im missing a spring or not in the shifter :/

Hello. I got this SRAM X7 shifter this morning and went to replace the cable. Now ive put it back together I can't seem to get it to just click the 8 times it should. When I received it this morning it clicked the correct number of times. It just carried on clicking. I have seen some of the SRAM x9's have another spring on top but I didn't see any spring fly out when I took the shifter apart. Heres a picture: So did that spring fly out or have I not got it wired up correctly? Thanks

Hello. Im looking for the size of the three small mech hanger bolts which attach the mech hanger to the frame. I have some which go through the mech hanger and they are the correct shape (heads) to sit in the mech hanger but when I go to screw them in to the frame they don't screw in. Can anyone confirm the size of the bolts and I can order the correct ones. I have vertical drop outs using a da bomb grenade frame. http://www.hotlines-...x?ModelID=16063 EDIT: Just found out I have two mech hangers and the reason the bolt fits is that one of my mech hangers has been drilled out to allow for bigger bolts. Here is a photo of the other mech hanger which requires smaller bolts in order to fit my frame. The other mech hanger I have has slightly bigger holes due to someone drilling them out. Ouchy. I went to pedal kick up and over a wall. For some reason my finger came completely off the lever and my tyre pinged of the wall and through me back so fast. I had to go hospital as I thought I was concussed.

Nice, I could put my old single speed kit on it but I have the same chain as you and it bent my chain splitter so I can't put a chain on it :/

Ile give that a miss bud. 1. I have red parts 2. I still have a lot of trials stuff to sell before I get £150 and I only wanted to spend £100/£120 really. Just something that can support the current 150mm forks I have and the ones I hope to buy soon
