hellooo. I have the echo 07 rim and im using tensile brake mounts (Wide ones). I have some new pads which have to much pad to fit so im needing to take some off. Which is the best way? Would a file be ok or are there better ways Thanks//

Helloooo. At the moment I ride a mod and want to go stock as im 5ft 11. I do weights also and would like to ride a stock for this reason to. I have £200 at the moment but could dget £300 for a stock. Im wanting to go second hand so I can get more for my money. What would be a good frame to go with or would any be ok really? Thanks for reading-
