I used to eat alot of crap food. Been going to the gym 3/4x a week for 18 months now. Ive changed my diet alot in the past 6 months for the best Love my muscle building so diet is important for me aswell as having type 1 diabeties....

hmmm weird. ISIS are usually alot more expensive. Now for another quick question. Which is stronger/gives a strong feeling ISIS or square taper or is it personal perferance?

Ahh cheers. Are all deng parts the same quality such as echo/adamant and czar etc? Selectbikes have the CNC ISIS cranks for £50-£60 so I was thinking of getting them but they havnt got them in black or red

Hellooo. Im looking for some new cranks as im going ISIS my my square taper ones are annoying me. Just wondering is there a big difference in performance/feel between the echo forged and the echo CNC? Thanks~

Extra weight and the little seats look stupid anyway. The bike looks alot cleaner and smoother without one and its not needed anyway
