My local post office is a 5 minute walk from my house Someone recommended ParcelMonkey.
-
All done. Got my aunty to post it as its 10 miles from where I live, in her home town.
-
The other ones are more expensive so I may as well just go down the road and use Royal Mail. Collect+ is 10 miles from where I live.
-
Thanks bud. Royal Mail is definitely not the cheapest option. Yodel seems good. myHermes seems the best for me. Theres a pick up place down my road too but its saves me 30p, lol. I might drop it off because it saves me waiting in all day for them to pick it up.

Hello. Just wondering how people send there parcels usually. I am selling a few trials bike parts and ive started to send them recorded delivery to prevent people trying to get there money back and saying they havn't received the item. This is usually when I sell things via forums. I have found out this is quite an expensive way but is it worth it do you think?
-
Oki, I was hoping to get away with out it as I have emailed them and I have filled in a returns form.
-
Printed new label out Just hope there ok with no invoice. I can't remember it coming with one because it was broke when I got it out of the box so I would have left the invoice in the box.

Hello, I need to send back a broken helmet to CRC and I was told to find a Collect+ location which I have done. However it says fill in the Collect+ insert which I do not have/it didn't come with the item. Does anyone else have experience with sending stuff back to CRC? Thanks

Found out there 2007 OEM's Drop Offs. Might buy some 10WT fork oil and replace the oil I think. Hopefully 10wt is thicker than whats in there at the moment.

Hello. My forks have topped out for a long time and im going to try and sort it. I have a Canon 60D so im going to record myself taking the forks apart so I know how it all goes back together Im struggling to find a service manual for my forks as I think there around 2005-2007 so there quite old. There Marzocchi bomber drop off 150mm but I noticed most of these forks have bolt through axles and mine doesn't. Someone said there an OEM version but someone else said there not because they have the Marzocchi logo sprayed on. So can anyone help me find the service manual for these forks so I can sort the topping out on them? Thanks

I did try a tape measure and it says 30mm but it could 30.1mm though

Already ordered the coloured ones now bud :/ Just need to work out my seat clamp size now to order a quick release one.
-
Nah it feels ok now bud but I need to send back because the front mouth piece has been broken off and I can't screw it back in because the thread is plastic and it has been cracked :/
-
Hello! Im looking for a quick release seat clamp for my da bomb grenade. I have just measured the seat clamp and it says 30 nearly 30.1 but the seat clamp I have now is lose when I first slide it on so I think its 30.0 . Can anyone else confirm the seat clamp I need for this frame is 30.0? Thanks

Hello! Whilst I was riding yesterday I managed to rattle a chain ring bolt out and lost it. Im thinking of getting some red ones but I don't want to spend £10 when I really only need one bolt. I have found this onza ones which come in different colours and only cost £5. Would these fit my mtb which runs truativ howitzer cranks and a raceface single chain ring? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Onza-Alloy-Chainring-Bolts-Double-mega-light-blue-red-gold-best-quality-NEW-/251150668443?pt=UK_sportsleisure_cycling_bikeparts_SR&var=&hash=item3a79bf129b

Just received the helmet. It looks like it has been badly treated by the post men. Theres a plastic piece that goes on the mouth and it has been smashed off and the holes to bolt it back on have been snapped off. The helmet fits ok. Feels a little tight on the chicks but should I let it bed in?
-
Just want to get rid of them to be honest. 150mm is too much for my frame
-
Ive measured my head so im just going to order the right size going by my head in inches.

Hello. Im looking at buying my first full face helmet. Ive been looking at this one from chain reaction cycles. Does anyone know of any other sites worth checking out for full face helmets? Thanks
-
Think is I could do with a 20mm bolt through front wheel anyway so I may just sell them. Hope to get £80/£100 then I won't have to put much towards them for pikes
-
I know there bomber drop 150mm but what year? Im trying to find a user guide for them. There odd because both stantions have air valves at the top and there not bolt through lowers either. I bought them off ebay for £100 a long time ago! As some of you may know they top out and im not sure if to try and sort it myself or just sell them on ebay and buy some pikes. Thanks

Well bud usually an apprentice is £2.40 an hour and this is funded by the government. The company can top your wages up if they want but it comes out of there pocket. They tend to look at is as why should they fund me when I already have that level grade. I did go to a interview for an apprenticeship and they asked me why do I want to do it if I already had the grade. They told me there was a job at the end of it for sure so I would do it all again to get the job at the end. I was willing to settle for a rubbish wage. Anyway they said "We cant guarantee a job now" lol. It was like a two part interview and one part they said there was a job and the second time there was no guaranteed job.

Hello! Its been nearly two years now since I finished my BTEC National Diploma in IT. I was hoping to do a apprenticeship after the course but found out I couldn't as I had a level 3 qualification and the apprenticeships are only a level 2 so im classed as over qualified. Im thinking about doing a advanced apprenticeship but the only thing is I think there a level 3 and I have a level 3 qualification? Im finding with applying for jobs im either over qualified or I need to be a senior. Im aiming to be an IT technician. A microsoft certificate would be pretty cool Just wondering what everyone thinks too this and has anyone been here? Thanks
