Well a Zoo mod stem is 155mm long... and has 140mm reach. Its also got 50mm of rise (compared to a zero rise stem). So its probably prefect from what you've described?

6061, 7005 and U6 alloys are all the same density. The construction of the frame determines how much it weighs. I would guess the frame to weigh around 5 real pounds. That would be a sensible weight for a cheap frame.
