  1. Both the same material - 6061-T6, so, you'd expect them to hold it the same.
  2. Neither, theyre all for different applications. Hog are the same as Koxx (but with eyelets, and front with hedgehog holes). Reggie (front) and Ronnie (rear) are thinner (30 and 38mm), harder material, stronger.
  3. 48. 24 tooth ratchet. 4 pawls, offset into pairs.
  4. It'll still never be dry enough though, if its raining/spitting/humid ( >_< )
  5. Correct. You'll never get them back to normal if theyve soaked all the way through.
  6. Nah, youre right, its a similar situation to that BT that Prawn has. Its not an issue with a 128mm BB and a Ronnie though. Yeah, most people cant set Maguras up properly the right way up, so they'd have no chance when they couldnt see properly. Like i said though, its entirely possilbe with a ball ended allen key...
  7. Quite tricky that! 56.1s (N)
  8. Well, the main reason for the mounts is to reduce flex... Since the stays are more supported now, by the seat tubes. Ball ended allen keys allow you to set the brake up fine (N) I dont think the idea will go ahead though...

*notes that down for the next thread about PCs* (N)"
  10. Few things.. 2. Has a big plate between the seat stays, like the Rex. 4. Weight saving, perchance? Lugs are fine, work great on roadie frames. 5. Like i said, none of these are set geo. They wouldnt make a frame with such dated geometry any more. Pricey? Onza? Haha. Another idea, just trying something out: http://www.trials-shack.co.uk/tart/brake.jpg http://www.trials-shack.co.uk/tart/frame.jpg
  11. Hehehe, top stuff gents (N)
  12. Btw, thats not 100%, I 'measured' the hub dimensions by eye, not been wrong yet though.
  13. 185mm for 36h 3X 195mm for 36h 4X 178mm for 48h 3X 185mm for 48h 4X Edit: Thanks for the support Mike (N)"
  14. Hahahaha, run for the hills! Bloody nutcase :)
  15. Yeah, theyre trials cranks, and Planet-X Zebdis are trials frames, but you'll never see them being warrantied.
  16. Thing is, youre not stressing the cranks in that plane, thats why you couldnt feel extra flex. Id say crash replacement is kinda generous really... cranks arent meant to be slammed into walls
  17. Thats from the two 'sides' of the crack rubbing against each other. The rough bit is from where it sheared clean in half.
  18. Thats cos its had a crack in it... George, is the 'black' bit relatively smooth?

Top riding there, bloody big dropgaps! Nice one!
  20. Send crank back, gets inspected, you get a new one on crash replacement.
  21. The Nozmeister curse strikes again
  22. No point in me just making it up... Sounds like it needs a bloody good overhaul really.
