  1. Theyre not though - your bars aren't attached to the front axle. The head angle on the Echo and Zoo frames is a lot slacker than on the Ashton. I feel a paint diagram coming on...
  2. Away from the valve hole :-
  3. Half a 2 litre tub of ice cream... nearly gone... tempted to have the other half... hmm... Yum yum yum yum all gone :D"

  10. Auto-Mod Please re-post with a more accurate thread title.
  11. It doesn't - its just something I suggest to Mike a while back, as Mark said.
  12. Bored... and had to be done! Sorry its a bit rough.
  13. Good to see my chain tensioning idea has been put to use eventually (Y)
  14. The cheapest one you can find  Got mine from B&Q for £14 with 2 discs.
  15. Ace in the dry, crap in the wet. Same as tar and any other (half decent) pad combination!
  16. Are they any good though? Haha. Nah, they will have some wear, especially if they work good.
  17. Nah, hardness isnt the deciding factor when it comes to brake pad wear/performance... I've used pads made from material that's softer than Plaz for 12 hours on a harsh grind, with no detectable wear (using digital vernier) (well, tell a lie, it was about 0.05mm or something).
  18. All I can think of, without seeing it, is a snapped axle, or broken bolt. Check the hub is tightened into the frame properly, check the frame for cracks too. Edit: Both these problems sound very odd! Really hard to diagnose without seeing the bike (Y)
  19. Not if you make some brake pads to work with it (Y) Looks mint, I want!
  20. There are now more people who can Validate. It was discussed a while back in Senior Members, and there has now been some sort of patch installed (I think?). So, yeah.
