  1. How can someone have a wrong opinion? I prefer IE, cos I cant be arsed getting used to a new browser, and then it be different every time I use a different PC, and have to get used to IE again. Methinks this poll will end up slightly biased - only the people who bum FireFox will vote. For the record - can someone list (legitimately) whats better about FireFox? Ta.
  2. It makes everything feel odd at first.
  3. Can try if you like, but it'll be more hassle than just doing it the way I outlined above :(
  4. You DEFINITELY don't want 13t at the rear then. Try getting used to it - a small chenge in technique will help a lot. Jump your body more, use spring rather than trying to 'pedal' yourself across the gap :)
  5. The problem is with the brakes not providing enough lock, and frames breaking. The mechanical integrity of the brake itself isnt really an issue.
  6. Do one side, as normal. Put all bolts back in. Do the other side, as normal. Put all bolts back in. Done.
  7. You people are good at guessing :(
  8. www.parktool.com, suprisingly. All of those tool kits are pretty poor. Buy something that'll last.
  9. Where have the old skins gone? :( Tis a good skin, but too bright for me.
  10. The same as Echo Urbans then, which Adam killed! Just a standard Pulo disc mount too. Danny Smith hasn't snapped any Smart Guys. He has (so i'm told) cracked a set at the top of the small gussets, in a very tight corner where they are welded to the crown. Austin Wright did the same to a set of his too. Both of these guys ride hard and go huge. I've never seen, or heard of, any steerer tubes or disc mounts fail on those fofks.
  11. Won't be a problem (Y)
  12. Yeah, Gilles is living in Newcastle with his gf for a bit (Y)
  13. Yeah, a lot of them have leaked.
  14. For trials, or XC? PowerPros for trials I say, Deore for XC.

  16. Just another example of why its necessary to have such a system (Y)
  17. That definitely sounds like a leak Ali. Get it checked out (Y)

Sounds feesible (Y) Im sure there would be a way of bodging though :P hehe Ahh, you see, standard dropouts make it too easy to get the rear wheel out (Y) Haha, forgot about that bit... But im sure a machine shop would be able to do it for much less than the cost of sending a frame here and back :D
  19. Say 'M', 'R', and 'two' in French.
  20. Not really, its a 4 bolt booster, for 4 bolt frames. You'll need a V brake booster for a Pashley 26mhz

It'll be an M6 tap... and you can use a QR (I know for a fact that the Hope ones fit). Stiffness isnt really affected much, especially cos of the super dooper amazing 360 dropouts (Y) Yeah, Clive being a stickinthemud...the difference is 0.475mm. :D" Sounds like a pretty standard job then (Y)

Auto Reply The topic starter has been validated. Moving topic from New Members Chat to Trials Chat. As for the BB - Clive machines off the Drive Side threads, and then presses the BB into the shell, using a Circlip for extra security. He does away with the non drive side cup. The dropouts fit pretty much any setup... apart from King Fun Bolts. King axles are also a small amount undersized (3/8" instead of 10mm), so if you have (for example) a Hope Hub now, and want to get a King in future, its best to go for the 10mm dropouts (which will also fit a King if/when necessary) Hope thats of some use (Y) Ads
  23. 'As you may be aware these are not cheap and i paid £75 for it originally.' Haha. Nob. Bloody good boosters though. Somberlain - you want V brake booster really (in conjunction with your standard HS33 booster), not one designed for mod bikes (Y)
  24. Haha... thats actually rather funny!
