Basically, the rubbing/shifting across of the slaves is caused by the TPA being constantly on.
If you bleed it like it is, the pistons will be retracted all the way back, and once you've set the brake up, it wont randomly rub any more.
Alternatively, you could just undo the bleed screw a tiny amount, let some fluid drain out carefully, and put the screw back in. The bleed at the moment sounds like it is good, so no worries there.
