does anyone use revolver hubs? how strong are they? i got a trail pimp with a crack in it that needs welding up, i know it will be weaker, but not sure how much weaker it will be, would it be worth getting it welded for now until i can get another one? thanks alot alan xx

right about an hour ago i was sat in my room just reading a few topics on here and i heard like a massive rumble, at first i thought it was thunder, then i thought it sounded like a really low jet, it went away after a few seconds so i just thought nothing of it and continued with what i was doing. half an hour later, my dad comes up the stairs and asks me if i heard it, i said yeah i did and then he went on to explain that a chemical container or something like that over at billingham has exploded, this is no more than a 10 minute drive from my house.

the way to do it and yeah i dont bother with the big groups no more. a lot of people are going on about chavs being total pussies when on their own. a chav rode past me on his 70 quid reebok, yes REEBOK bike and told me my koxx vinco was shit i told him to f*** off a few times, he told me to chase him i didnt (as i was talking to a lady at the time ) i saw him about half hour later and chased him, didnt get anywhere near him because of trials gearing, but, i will have a 24/7 street bike soon and then that little f***er is gonna get whats coming to him yeah i know what you mean if you were to get the guy who threw the rock at you. i think your best bet is to do it the chav way, get a group of mates, go batter the living sh*t outta the lot of them so they wont even think of doing something like that again.

think about it it has totally changed the frame angle, more chance of looping out. it definately ISN'T going to side hop properly as you don't have the amount of movement to pull it up as you would with a 20" wheel on the front. Wont control on the front wheel either by the look of it. Definately wont bunny hop, and control on the back wheel, the front wheel is only gonna be a few inches off the ground.

another option is to just use a chain tensioner, like the dmr tension seeker and run single speed, you can squeeze fatter chains through these

you can get a good spec bike for dirt cheap second hand, you can pick up old echo teams for around 300 quid with better spec than the t pro, monty TIs for 400 ish quid, just have to look in the right places at the right time.

after gcses get myself a job and let the money roll in for a while, maybe do my CBT for the crack. buy a curtis and ride lots
