hey guys. i was in northallerton today. went for this gap from wall to rail. chain went snap. i went over handlebars, landed on the rail and my bollocks took full impact! bollocks both hurt badly and my sack burns! just checked them and they arent swollen! but it f**king hurt! and i dented my new frame, on the headtube! snapped my back brake hose, which was between the rain and the frame. and broke my crank and of course snapped my chain. up to then it was a good ride but boy i have never felt pain like it! made me feel sick! ouchhhhh! EDIT: just checked it, shaft is cut.

this isnt my month. couple weeks back got my vinco stolen by some scumbag. today, a few mates came down from around the area and i went out skating with them. we stopped for a chill out down by alake that people drive radio controlled boats on and what have you. a bunch of 5 totally pissed chav scum f**ks come along and throw a mates bike in there. he managed to get it out, and then the f**kers took my board and threw it in, it sank to the bottom and me mate went in to try and find it but no luck. it wasnt a bad set up eiter, for people who skate or know a bit about it: karma deck - £40 rodriguez "silver" trucks - £50 abec 7 bearings - 15 quid spitfire wheels - £20 quid i am so f**ked off as now i have got absolutely f**k all to do until i get the next bike finished. i seriously want to grab a chav and hit him, and just keep hitting him and not stop. and before someone says why didnt you fight back. we are all 15-17 and they were about 20. and you have no idea what the scruffy f**kers were carrying and they had bottles. and another thing that f**ked me off about the incodent, couple of f**king community wardens stood there and let it happen. yeah fair enough i wouldnt get much for the board if i sold it. but it was the fact that the bikes that we all had were: zoo! python - unique monty 221pr - £700 onza t pro- £300 koxx xtp - £500 or more. it could have been any of them bikes gone in there or even worse they could have run off on them. scruffy f**kers. i honestly hope they die i am that annoyed. rant over

to bleed a hydraulic disc brake, you will need a peice of hose, a small spanner, a bottle, and some dot4/5.1/mineral oil. 1) take off the resevior cap on the lever 2)top it up with fluid 3) put the small peice of hose over the bleed nipple, and put the other end into the bottle 4)turn the nut on the bleed nipple anti clockwise to open it 5)pull the brake lever in to the grip and hold it 6)rotate the nut on the bleed nipple clock wise to close it 7)let the brake lever go repeat stages 4,5,6 and 7 about 10 times whilst keeping an eye on the fluid level in the resevior and topping up when needed. its best to get someone to help you do it as it is fiddly doing all the things at once. once you have done it a fair few times, tighten the nut on the bleed nipple, and screw the resevoir cap back on, take off the peice of hose,(BE EXTRA CAREFUL WHEN DOING THIS NOT TO LET ANY FLUID DRIP ON YOUR ROTOR OR PADS) wipe the nipple over with a bit of kitchen roll. bob's your uncle alan

what are the pro's and con's of running dual disk on a trials. of course there are the obvios ones: pro: work excellent in all weather conditions con: another thing to hit when side hopping. since having a proper ride on a bike with front disk today i am now really considering saving up for dual disk on my next bike. is it worth it and what is the best brake that can modulate well but grip just as well? thanks a lot alan

the height on the front end will be similar to the mod version of the ashton justice, that basically just has a set of fattys on with a brake mount to fit a 20" wheel
