  1. Cool, thanks Danny. that's his 05 btw, I remember those pics particularly 'cos he was posted up he was riding around in Tenby at that time. It's the 06 pics I'm mainly after. there's a particular something i wanna see for myself. Gooo on, upload it here
  2. thanks phill though those arent the original pics from those topics craig made, still good nonetheless. surely someone mustve saved the pics from those old threads? more 07 and 06 pics'd be great thanks!
  3. Actually I rode in exactly those conditions today in the garden for a good few hours. On a unicycle as well. Sidehop up X number of dampish pallets, slippidy, pain, but oh well. Still riding. Adrian, the line is a bit buggerred. Clapham/Wimbledon is under maintenance, and sometimes they don't let bikes on the coaches, plus I'm not too keen on risking bike theft. Dan6061 knows what's up, (unless it's someone else i'm thinking of?) Sponge on Joe's comp.
  4. we're off to see the :wizard: the wonderful :wizard: of Oz (Pictures please!)
  5. going a bit off-topic. pics of the bikes please! One of you out there definitely has them, perhaps yourself? make the effort and be different to the lazy sods
  6. http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....c=81891&hl= http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....c=82689&hl= Pics don't work anymore on those topics, have people still got those pics lying around anywhere? remember seeing them a while back and thought they looked good. thanks
  7. i was so glad when I finally got it. Chheeeeerrsss sponge and edgar!
  8. Hey that looks sweet, but LHD won't work because the Adamant cranks have RHD thread for the cog, meaning as you pedal, the sprocket keeps wanting to loosen itself instead of tightening itself. Unless you found some magical way to get around that . Plus if you're using the RH crank on the left side to do LHD, the pedals will loosen quickly if you pedal forwards as they are designed the other way around. Pink? cliched these days! nice nonetheless
  9. I've tried every thing out there for 19". I can say very clearly that the Echo tyre is the SAME as the Onza Sticky Fingers, both in construction and feel. If you think not, then you're probably not taking tire pressure and rim difference into account. I guaran-dam-tee you that the Onza and Echo tyres are same. So kyle, you think the sticky fingers is crap, but you find echo the best. Well, they are the same tyre after all, and I even used the Sticky finger back in Spring 2006 to help me win the British Championship, so it's really not all that bad. Echo i say again is identical. Nevermind the silly coloured strip on the onza tyre. The feel is the same as echo and both are same tyres. period. Try-all and Monty eagle claw are the best two tyres I've ever used though if I'm going to be perfectly honest.
  10. you, kingstons awesome. Londons a bit better but its more of a trek.
  11. Nah, its bound to be more complcated than that. Chai probs wants to see if any more donations can come in from other people before using that 'friend X' as a last resort. I am guessing that 'friend X' will be the last resort if all else fails, and chai'll find a way to pay him back later. And no, your words do not respresent everyones feelings JT, just some.
  12. Haha, no surprise JT is arguing all the time even on the topic of such a guy in need. JT, chill out. Please. Yeah OK? Playing the bad bloke card is just plain gay, to be blunt and fair. I honestly think that there's a lot more to this matter than it appears, and if Chai could easily make £250, I doubt he'd have to resort to asking for donations. When a guy resorts to such measures, it's normally serious.
  13. from Sponge.. he's selling a pair near new condition.
  14. Does he make them like that by himself? And I heard that he sells them directly, is this true?
  15. I guess it's OK Well, as long as you enjoy it
  16. Meh, its not even raining where i am anymore. anyone others thinking of dropping out, should come. It will probably dry up whilst we're riding. I doubt we're going to be hit by thunderstorms in London. Riding on damp ground is OK, riding in rain isn't, but it isn't going to rain now is it? See you all there.
  17. It's alright, but the whole thing and the topic is SOOO overhyped.
  18. Nah mate, the sidehops are fake. confirmed.
  19. Honestly, who cares, its a tyre topic in NMC, possibly the more irrelevant of topics, there's not need to say to talk to other people about brain cells and bloody logic... because that's quite hypocritical of you pete.
  20. Thanks for actually answering my question mate! Hmm, they are pretty pricey... £120 in the UK, so how the heck did a Chinese rider get one? I know for sure that imported products over in China cost a bomb compared to Chinese-owned products. Look at the prices of Deng and Zhi stuff in China, they are low, but Koxx stuff in China costs just as much as it does in the UK. And these helmets are of a Spanish brand, so it must cost loooads for riders out in China, unless that guy in the pic is sponsored by a dealer or Catlike themselves Hmm, something to think about for the future..
