I know everyone does it. Im just stating that mine worked fine. Never had any problems with it. Weight ? I don't weigh anything. If your bike needs to be light...Your just weak...end of. When i had my stock. I just did this... Twated it on rail and walls and everything and my hanger never bent and it never moved or anything Never had any problems with it and thats just standard. Some of these are really really tidy though. I know where to look if i ever went to stock again. Danny.

Try the spacers. The cams on the outside really wont make alot of difference. Maybe buy some thinner cams ? I think the monty ones a thinner. To save money. Just whack some spacers untill the spacing is equal against the frame on both sides of the hub. Any problems give me a shout in this topic or via PM.

Im very supprised you've even managed to get the echo hub with the cams on into your zona zip frame. When i had my zona. My echo hub wouldn't fit into the frame. It was a really tight fit. I got it in, bit i littereally had to force it in with loads of pressure. I think it's your spacing.

You are saying the axle sticks out of the frame where it goes through your drop outs ? So it's to far through so that when you tighten the bolts there not griping to well on the frame base ? If so. The axle length is incorrect or it's your spacing. Ideally: What frame you using ? Hub ? Axle ? etc ?

I had the exact same problem. In the end I had to re-build my wheel. It seemed that the wheel build wasn't good enough. I tried everything though: Changing the axle. New wheel bolts Tensioning the build Different cams I couldn't think of nothing else apart from re-building the wheel. In the end it worked.
