By "Personal Prefference" i meant by feel. Not by all these degree's and shit and rotations. That don't mean shit to me. Im going by what i feel. That a freewheel fee's more responsive (my opinion, weather it's true or not doesn't matter). I just think freehub feel gash. Danny.

My comment was personal prefference by the way Mark. Danny.

Mike Hayes tell's me many of times trials is all in the mind. The mind is a powerfull thing. The "Don't give a f**k attitude" works so well. You fall off you fall off, you cut yourself you cut yourself. Meh, get back up and try it again. You only learn from your mistakes. There is a saying: "Pain is temporary...Giving up is for ever". Pain hurts yes. It's just one of them things. Fear is also a powerful emotion. You've gotta break that fear barrier. Just beat it, you bail, you'll more thna likely hurt yourself, but like i said "Pain is temporary" wait till its gone, get up and try it again. All in the head man . Danny.

LOADS of benifits. People may think half of what im about to say is utter shit but there we go. Firstly. It's not so much the weight difference. It's the weight possitioning. Freewheel set up's are lighter, that is true. But it also shifts the heaviness to the centre of the bike. A heavy backend is a nightmare. I've noticed this since going to rear profile (Worst mistake of my life). I can't actually find any good points of having a rear freehub. It makes your gear feel so much heavier. Makes your bike feel heavier. The only benifit i can fel is, your bike rolls abit smoother. Secondly. I found when i had my freewheel set up on. My riding style was so more free and so much more flicky. Flicky doesn't exist when you've got a profile, because all the engagements coming from the rear end of the bike meaning you've gotta put more of a kick in. Plus all the weight once again is at the back, where as when it's in the middle, it's not that noticiable. Since i've had my profile, my ridings gone shit to be honest. My bike over all doesn't feel like my bike and it's horriable. Because before i went to profile, my bike felt so so nice. Three. The engagement is more responsive on a freewheel. With it been at the front. But i think this once is personal perference. I will most certainly be putting my freewheel set up back on. Really don't like freehub. Yuck. Hope this helps in some way Mate. . Danny.

Hey all. Just finished putting a little video together for the testing of the New Neco pads. In the first half. Im running Neco reds Front and rear on smooth rims. In the second half of the video. I've got yellows on the rear with a light sharp grind and on the front i've got Neco reds on a smooth. Nothing major. Going out tomorrow to get proper tester clips for the reds seeing as i've been ill for ages. But. Hope this is what you were waiting for and hope you enjoy it. Trials-Forum Video -> Full View • Download • Upload www.necopads.co.uk Comments would be nice. Danny
