1 - Get on the backwheel. 2 - Thrust hop to the edge. 3 - Get balanced on the edge. 4 - Lower the front end of the bike till its is horizontal with the edge of the drop (not vertical). 5 - The drop off. 6 - When landing bend your legs to take the stress of your bottom bracket. 7 - Ride off your done. Well i have a sony dcr-hc14e dv video camera pal. What the problem is i have recorded footage onto the camera and i go for put it on to my pc and i can do it but the quality is wank. I have tried movie maker and ulead video studio 7 but neither have made it come out onto my pc in dvd quality which it should do because it is a dvd quality camera. So if you have a way i can do this, through either a certain software or strategy guide then post away.!! Dan.

I got back about 7. I did not compete but was a great ride, some great sections but they were just slightly long. Big up to ash butler, Danny butler and rob poyser for great riding .
