Well for starters trials is all in the mind, so lack of sleep can cause big problems, because a human should have 6 hours sleep minimum for it to function propaly. A good example is me riding today, i had about 7 hours sleep last night and then i went out riding, all i had to eat was a chocolate bar before i went out riding. So anyway i was there trying one of my biggest sidehops ever, i was putting that much energy and effort into it that after one of the attemps my nose bled, which i think was to much stress and anger trying to do the sidehop, then the time i eventually got it was when just before the sidehop (this sounds very very stupid i know), i thought to my self "right im damon watson......im damon watson" and for some very strange reason it worked. Another thing is with trials is that comitment plays a big part, so the way i see it is.....if you dont comit to the move you are not going to make it. Dan. p.s - "phet" would not help out in anyway, you would have no control or balance over the bike and you would feel terrably sick once you have finished riding and have sat down for a while. Trust me, ive treid doing it and it doesnt work nicely.

I broke my ankle in a similar way apart from it was nothing to to with trials, i was playing rugby, 10 seconds in i got tackled from behind, my foot bent all the way round and my toes touched the back of my leg, i felt no pain so i decided to get back up and try and walk and fell flat on my face. Im with you all the way mate, why does it honestly matter, the way some people see it is, "oh hes a chav hes got lacoste trackys, traniers and jacket, who really cares, its just proves that some of us can afford decent clothes, instead of all these "real" chavs who walk around in tesco two stripes with them tucked in football socks, with there cap so far back on there head if a gust of wind blew it would be 60ft behind them. I dont really honestly care if people think i am a chav, the reason i get classed as a chav is because i ride in trackys, lacoste trainers and a rockport t-shirt or something along them lines most of the time, also what makes it more of the illusion that i am is because i smoke, woopy f**king dooo, end of the day people if you ever see me on a ride i couldnt give two shits what you judge me as, most of the people on here will no i am not just some little chav trying to do trials because you have all probably seen my video's posted on here, so at the end of the day i could'nt care less how somebody dress's aslong as they are ok with me, then everybodys happy. It was recorded on a mini dv camera, but the thing is, when i put it on through movie maker it down grades the quality but if i were to use adobe it would be amazing but i do not know how to use adobe.
