  1. sorry for the muck up there mat, i forgot about other hudsons being on here. but yeah it was horrible, and we got the train to bolton so hmm we would have to change again wouldnt we to get to warrington . as it says in the name over there<<<<<< i am from burnley
  2. me and hudson were so depressed when we got there, there is nothing in the centre if not a couple of benches to backwheel and a telephone box to drop off, that was the most interesting, but as it was sooo busy we couldnt anyway. oh there was a tiny gap to a gate across from the train station, woop woop so has anybody had the same problem or did we just not venture enough as we got bored after 1hour of of searching, so we got on the train returning home and rode blackburn instead.
  3. ^^seconded, basically, a skip is a skip, the hub skipped, you need to eat one mallet, face the facts you said so many a time on our rides and arguents which were usually started by me that these hope hubs are bladi bla bla there are indestructable and wont skip bla bla, salt corrosion baah you also said something else which i cant remember, but ill have a look, you need to eat one if that is possible, maybe grinding it up and washing it down with soup is acceptable. P Fu**ing S dont go and have a doo at me
  4. as soon as i got it i took it straight off, one for less weight and the other because i knew i would find myself using it too often so therefore i was more determined to learn backwheeling as i was a learning them when i had it.
  5. well me and my mate sprayed my jump frame,, i bought a large tin of prima and laquer so that was £12 with both of them. and the paint was half a litre of metallic custom paint - british racing green, that was £15. 3 coats of everything, sorted. or on the other hand, ring up local anodisers and my quote was around £25/30. Also there is bead blasting which is around £20 for me but people say it weakens your frame as it is raped with summert for a certain effect for them to actually coat it correct me if i am wrong please
  6. count me and andy hudson in, we will get the train from burnley around 9 to 10 ish, ill post up again 2night or 2morrow and tell you what time we will be there. so count the extra 2 in possible another few if our mates can be bothered but i am for deffo! .
  7. yes vbrakes are amazing actually, but if you are a clown who throws them onto your bike without care, you will hate the hell out of it. you need to know how to set it up properly with correct pads etc. on my base i ran an XT with avid speeddial levers it was soo smooth and easy on the wrists, i loved it. but since i got a new frame due to snappage of the base i moved to a four bolt frame and was more or less forced to my old maggie with me being lazy and not bothereing about some adaptors for it. but idealy in my opinion a maggie is easier to gain better performance BUT the vee is a much lighter option and better in the long run - just simpler its up to you, have a go on somebodies vee set up and have a ponder if your getting one, but EVO adaptors for maggies are poo n flex the frame like crazy
  8. well it depends on whether you think a new frame is in order, if it is restricting your ridng because they feel like a nettle sandwich then get a new frame, but if you were going for a tpro or a monty or a zona etc a new stem and bar set up would be advisable because tpro stems are huuuge and the bars are rape, too norrow n bla bla. bt i dont know you do i, listen to your friends and look at your riding style n capabilities before you change a frame if you do.
  9. noice video there, although i fealt that a bit of music would liven it up and you could of not put as many side hop failures in on that same wall, but he is beast, loving the sidehop to rails soo much, make another make another lol
  10. ^ once tried to eat his own head < yes a picture of me, and wants to do adams(trialsbiking) sister \/ wants to lick his own penis because he has no hands
  11. oof there nasty bruises, since i got my smart guys i have realised that i keep bashing my knees on them on the corners when i get into funky positions, it annoys me.
  12. i had mine last month, all of the year either turned up in the 2 coaches provided or if you were 'special' you got to go in 1 of the 3 limos which the school paid for. i wish i would of made an entrance just to be silly and loud, like in an audi quattro group B rally car with the biggest exhaust and engine you could ask for with the phattest sound system available. roll out with manson or rammstein or prodihy blarring haha, yeah mate.
  13. yeah cool video there, smooth moves. i was laughing at your little bike fit after the side hop on 20secs i think it was.
  14. aye cheers people, there were places and moves we missed out on camera due to laziness but most of the glory should go to joe sheppard (black trex then later black echo control-fluro rims) thankyou please if anyone wants to ride burnley we should get one going - - joshua_0303@hotmail.com if your not a tool, dont hesitate to add me
  15. yeah mate that is nice!! looks incredibly shiny and unridden, get it beasted, mine doesnt appear to be shiny or new anymore. but ooof what a spec, loving it
  16. heloo people, most of the footage is only a few eeks old and i brought the video together the other day. comments good or bad im not fussed, dont be too harsh though video link
  17. yeah snazzy, i love all the ta26 on HOW they ride n look, BUT i cracked an 04 in 2 months and an 05 pink version hahha oh dear, in just over 1 month, so no thanks, but yeah, nice bike pal haha.
  18. yeah beasting pictures there , although nothing on this planet can top your videos. i want a place like that with pallets aswell, all of them are alarmed up and padlocked to the eyeballs. just out of interest, neil t... what chain do you use?

quite a 'oh my WOW' loving the high jump and some really awakard hooks and phat pidgeons there, although i think the camera men/women need shouting, the angles and movements nearly gave me headache , but yeah, pretty snazzy.
  20. aye its really flicky but it still feels so steady on the back wheel, its not an effort like with some frames eg baseTA26 although they do ride quite sweet but die quickly lol. ive got DW azonics in the shed i think i might give them a try, the try alls are no good for a slightly damaged wrist either. i do want to change a few things over time like the forks, they are too flexy and the bar stem combo, maybe hope stem with onza carbons

    f**k Bmx!

yeah superman erm scottergrab lol and bunnyhop to manuels, hahaha that looks so silly you gotta love it
  22. yeah pink bikes can be pulled off all depending on the colour scheme you go for. but id have to admit it i hade a pink base for 3months untill i cracked it, at first it was really funny and i dont care what others think anyway but we got chased and nearly badgered by chavs on at least 3/4 occasions, wasnt funny anymore haha. oh well i got a black bike now.
  23. seeing as though theres a few people posting up their ashtons ill put mine up, had it for around 2months need black bars front 721 and pro2 - avid bb7, rear ronnie on hope XC, truvative ISIS drive cranks etc etc
  24. well when i passed you that very day i actually said, 'hey up luke, ull hurt yourself with that brake' and voilla so you did. You could have at least wire brushed your rim at some stage, and it wasnt a 5foot drop, sheesh it was about 3.5foot tops!! As adam can backwheel that wall everytime all the time he cant backwheel and sidehop 5foot i can tell you that.
  25. yeah ashton justice is great for the money you pay, i love mine its helped me a lot and are ace on street. I am not too keen on the MS2 as i have only had a play on one i really liked and that was set up perfectly (adam is it from tarty cant remember his name ) or an echo pure, they ride really nice but still feel quite short and really chuckable considering the 1075 wheelbase. Try and have turns on mates bikes etc and make sure you know what type you want and your riding style
