i say it to people by saying, you use the force and momentum of your pedal stroke to help you propel yourself upwards, as soon as youve pedal stroked you need to throw your bike infront of you and upwards, the more power and body movement you put into it, the higher you can go, hope that helps you understand it more or as i said to someone else, the very last movement of your stroke is used as a sort of big back hop, you use the last pedal motion as your way of pastying up

OOH f**k MY LEG is sometimes used for pedal toskin fights as you never ever win. it seems to make a reyt loud noise and you stop and find it an achievement that your body has made such a noise, to then realise that blood is staining your lovely socks and trainers.

heloo people, i dont know if this has been done before but the last 2 nights ive had strange ones and its worringly cool 2nights ago. all my riding mates working in a chicken factory, every 6sixs weeks the managers sacrifice a worker and eat them, me and andy H got the gist of this and escaped and got in my car in the car park, barring in mind me and him are 16, he drove MY car, i argued with him and we went on the back roads in barnoldswick and he reversed into a canal, a crane apeared, i swam to the edge got out and my mum came to take me up how random and crap was that it was the fact that i dreamed about people wanting to eat me that was weird haha please submit dreams. infact, do a daily post wether you dreamed or not etc

when someone lands a line really heavy or scetchy theres always a 'SMMOOOOTH line, i tend to say 'scetchy counts, it adds interest.' and mat holdsworth cracked me up one time at a demo, 'I fall at times like this to put the escence of danger in it for the audience as everyone else is looking smooth and safe' hahahah i loved it and also 'if in doubt, ride at it flat out' usually for wallrides and hooking attempts, or scetchy rock sections

at this rate i think were gonna roll into the centre with a crew of maybe 10, rock on, you do know theres a game on and itll be busy but you dont worry about that, theres plenty of stuff on the outside of the centre, well have to put out a hat for money

obviously, there amazing and i love mine and have given it some beastings over the maybe 3 months of me havving it, it just asks for more, at the rate im going it may outlive me

cheers guys, bolton it is terrible, we looked in and out of ther centre for about 2 hours and only found a few 2foot walls to play on and a rail gap about a bike length, so at all costs, stay away, burbley is good, theres a few who want to ride it with us, maybe we should get a group ride going
