When you buy a new Avid BB7 does it come with cables and a lever or is it just the caliper and rotor in the package?

The only one I can think of right now is a monty of some sort or an Onza T Vee

You can get demos which only allow you to convert 2 minutes of each video but if you go on ebay and buy a full version for about £5 there is no limit. It also works the opther way and you can get videos to your phone. Try Imtoo 3gp converter which I am using.

Its just a prototype so it'll probably be a while untill it comes out.

I had the same problem but now I just wear shin pads of the football variety. They do the same job, I just couldn't be bothered to buy some biking specific ones.

I was brave enough the other day to try a grind on my rims but after only a couple of days riding they're already quite dead . I am using plazzies on the rear and koolstops on the front. Should I try harsher grinds? softer pads? or what? too make it last longer. King

If you like thick grips I'd say DMR zip grips or the onza ones. If you like thin grips I would try foam grips or Club Roost Spiral grips.

One more thing, the Zona Zip has a bash plate. Whether that affects you/your choice its up to you.

Also the new Tensile freewheel should be out soon so it will be even cheaper.

Another thing with the echos is that they dont hold grinds because of the tough anodising.
