aren't they called 'they might be giants'? at least they definitely used to be when i bought that album... i'd also go for the 'sensible' song, as 'particle man' would be really hard to edit to and would only make the vid seem like a joke i think. having said that, its up to you and what sort of feel you want to give to the video...

alright guys, me and darren hill are riding in dover on boxing day in the evning. we're meeting on the seafront, by what used to be miller's at 6.15pm. alright guys, me and darren hill are riding in ashford on christmas eve in the morning. I've ridden there once before, and despite umours to the contrary, there's quite a lot of good riding to be had! Darren's meeting me at the cinema at about ten as i don't know ashford well, anyone who wants can meet us there, or we'll be in town at about 20past i guess, probably at the skatepark. alright fellas? i got back from france on friday and wanna ride some trials!!! well up for some ridin, although sunday might not be SUCH a good idea, it was my brother's 18th recently, and i said i'd take him out and buy him some legal beers...which is going to be a bit messy. fred, HB in the week sounds good, let me know when and i'll try and be there... do people dahn sahf reckon i'll need to rebleed my brake with oil, to save the water freezing, or will i be ok with not bothering?

or they happen to be employed to work on the motorway. they shouldn't have to expect to be hit should they? do you expect to be killed while doing your job?

the speed limit is set to the level that is required for the safety of the others, which is no joke. i've been driving for over 4 years, and i still think that you have no ground to stand on. if you'd hit someone and killed them, would it still be a joke? i'm amazed by the attitudes some people take to driving...it's a privilege, not a right. if you abuse it, don't complain when you get caught, there's hundreds of other people on the road to consider, not just yourself and the fact that you want to drive fast. out of interest for me this time, how long have you been driving for?

the speed limit is there to protect the people working on the road, whether the lanes have been narrowed or not. you shouldn't have been speeding, but you were, and you got caught. i don't see how you were robbed? if you HADN'T been speeding, and they'd fined you, THAT would be robbery, but you were caught breaking the law. its better that you got caught and fined than killed somebody.

i'll most probably come on the ride, but me and my mates traditionally go to our pub on christmas eve, so i'll give the evenings activities a miss...

i'll be there from the end of january til june or july. glad to hear there's some decent riding to be had!!! there's not that much here in perpignan that i've found, although without my bike, i'm not looking that hard. i've seen one other rider, but he was gone before i could talk to him B)

where abouts in the north of spain is that? i'm moving to Oviedo in january to study until june, and iwanna take my bike with me! i'm in the south of france at the minute without it and its driving me nuts!

there's some pretty good rocks on the seafront, i believe there's a ride organised there soon, you should get along and join in :( there's also some pretty good stuff in town (streety though, not trees or rocks) and a kids park with some interesting lines and rocks in. all worth a look. you could also get along to dover, kingsdown or ramsgate where there is some good riding to be had too. heren bay is a bit further away, but well worth the trip!
