Yes. 7th Aug is nice, as it's after Payday for most people.
-
I'm envious of your lifts. Nice squat and nice deadlift a few pages back! I'll just remind myself I weight 20 odd Kilos less than you to make myself feel better.
-
f**k it, whenever. I'll be there.

Real men use chalk and accept the calluses they earn.

Friday, and really struggle to get time off in summer, i.e. July & August. So September works for me.

6 weeks give or take. It's just a few tight muscles in my lumbar that are a but unhappy. Just need to stretch it out. Did some light straight leg deads today and already feeling better.
-
Knackered my back, had to lay off the deadlifts and squats. Have been to see an Osteo and I will need a bit of treatment and a massive deload. Did bench 105kg though, so I'll take that.

Yep, love step drills. I don't have any updates, except to say I think £265 tax is unbelievable for a Clio. Otherwise, I'm so happy with the car, I don't want to change anything. In saying that, Torsen have recently released a LSD for the JC5 gearbox which is about £550 and could potentially be bought and fitted for under a grand...

Yeah roi! I train fasted usually so big ass serving does me for a session. What pre-workout are people using? I used to use Ultralife NOX pump but the 'new improved' formula is shit.
-
Only have it when I'm in the gym, and I have two scoops with 500ml of water. If you feel like you need to be drinking it 5 times a day every 3 hours you should probably consider adjusting your diet.

I'll be watching the full 7 hour coverage on Youtube on Sunday. I love WEC, it literally pisses on F1. I'm also driving the Clio to Le Mans for it's second trip the 24 hours.

I use the cheaper of the MP belts, it's pretty good. Saying that, I'm 82kg, 6 foot, and I have to use it on the smallest loops, so if you're smaller than that you might be out of luck.
-
So my car is all geo'd and whatnot. It f**king rips. When is TFTD v2.0?
-
I use a belt for my heaviest lifts of the day on deadlift and squat. In other news I hit 135kg for 3 today, so that's 3 reps of what was my one rep best a month or so ago. Also had a comment about my depth being on point to, which is nice. Going for 140kg next time around. That would make me happy.

Assuming your program includes pull ups & barbell rows, you could also add dumbbell rows to make sure you're working each side evenly.

If I get the front end resprayed, I'd get the washers smoothed over, yeah.

So I've done a bunch too but I put it on the Clio forum, so here's a link. Cliff notes:- Bilstein B14 coilovers that I bought months ago. Roll Center and bump steer correcting hubs. New ABS sensors Aerocatches Wheels #becauseracecar Questions: It's being set up on Monday, ride height, corner weight & full geo. What settings do people use on their FWD road/track cars? I was thinking -1.5 deg camber and -0.1' toe? What colour do I get the rims refurbed in? I like the idea of matte black, but the silver looks pretty good! Which tyres do I go for? Reasonably priced track rubber... AD08R, NS2R, etc?
-
Aww shit, I would, but I'm going to the gym and my tracking is out by a country mile, so I'd have no tyres left if I drove that far.
-
Generally I wouldn't, but here's what I would do. Lets say biceps are your worry. Your dominant with your right hand (for this example at least, otherwise switch it every time I say left/right), so you might well find it easier to activate the muscle in your right bicep. All those years of doing more intricate movements mean that you are able to control your right bicep with more accuracy, making it easier to use more weight or more reps on curls. So next time you go to the gym, lift with your left arm first, whichever weight and rep range works for your left, do the same on your right, but don't do any extra reps just because you can with your right. The weaker side will catch up with your dominant side, and the dominant side will be held back by the weaker side, without sacrificing all round gains. Other people may disagree, but this has worked for me. As a side note, I would suggest it's somewhat psychological. People aren't as symmetrical as they like to think, and body image becomes more apparent as people critique themselves. If you're right handed, you might perceive your right arm as being larger, but if you measured it, it would be damn near identical.

The last few days in bullet points; My bonnet has holes in. Car desperately needs a wash. I f**king love my car. There will be pics. Many, many pics. It will actually be drive-able Monday after it's all been set up, tracked, corner weighted, etc.
-
The TF consensus backed your decision 100%.
-
Step drill. f**king love a step drill.
-
Gotta cut my bonnet. What's the best way to do it without f**king everything up? I'd guess and say is 1.2mm steel skin and in places the skeleton is 2mm. I like the idea of a Dremel but don't fancy spending months to do it?
