  1. Happy to pay a bit more, happy if other TFers want to join, happy if someone knows someone to come who isn't a 'tard.
  2. I need a powdercoater who can do wheels and rollcages, somewhere near Reading. Does anyone have any experiences?
  3. Looks the same as last time you cleaned it?
  4. Rainsports only last 2 minutes in the dry anyway...
  5. Haha, now I have fully set up suspension and sticky rubber I think it will be close. I don't mind if the Munter beats me though, I do care if Dan543598345698549385092 does because we've got a bit of a Clio arms race going on...
  6. Pulled the trigger on a set of NS2Rs.
  7. I'm also with Greenlight.
  8. Should be able to add my name to that list now.
  9. I generally do them mid way through back day and I'm happy with 3x10 @ 80KG if the form is good.
  10. That's be two extra sets of strips, which is about £24 quid, couldn't really be arsed as they'll only be on for a week
  11. What's the recommended oil for your car? Car is stickered up for Le Mans, leave at 4.40am tomorrow.
  12. Did you make sure to only put the nearside disc in so you can do more sweet 180s?
  13. You can't lean forward to peer at junctions and you can be quite seriously injured if you don't fit them correctly. On the other side of things though... #becauseracecar?
  14. Don't want a soft top. Don't want pop up lights. Don't want french electronics. f**k.
  15. French cars le best cars.
  16. The friendly MOT place near me let it through last year with it on, but just want rid of the Christmas tree look my dash is rocking.
  17. I did StrongLifts when I started. As a novice, you've probably got about a year of gains on either Starting Strength or Stronglifts. Beyond that, you can move to 3x5 and then 1x5. Only downside is they focus so heavily on squats (i.e. EVERY SESSION), you don't develop upper body strength at the same rate, so I prefer Greyskull LP as a 'powerbuilding' program. http://strengthvillain.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=89 It focuses on 3 working sets of the main lifts, 2x5, then 1xAMRAP. I found it gave me continued strength gains and more balanced aesthetic gains. You can ignore "Neck Harness", just do some shrugs and stretches . You seem to do a lot of volume, so if you want strength, drop some sets and add more weight.
  18. A few beers MOT regs - Gotta switch on and off again. And because my car is totally legitimate, no bodges what-so-ever (kek), I want it done legit. I also had errors on my ABS, which I have fixed on the dash, but would like the logs cleared out. Also, it will be stickered up tomorrow, ready for Le Mans! Woo!
  19. I've got big news myself. On Wednesday. Someone is going to turn off my airbag light. I'm pretty excited about this.
  20. I stand by my previous point.
  21. I feel like they are now just in a shit place? Or is it because you have a £2 coin for a steering wheel, so you can reach behind?
