I like the real art graffitti, the massive walls with drawings and stuff. And I like tagging, to the extent that whenever I'm on the tube, seeing a tag on the underside of a bridge makes me wonder how someone got there and left it there. But I don't like tagging on a bin or something, that's pretty wank, there's nothing to it, no story, no value.

Find an MSStyle. There are plenty around, there are various shady websites though, so personally, I go straight to source and get mine from www.deviantart.com Just download, copy the *.msstyle file along with any other included files into your themes folder in C:/WINDOWS/Resources/Themes And you'll be able to change it how you would normally. It doesn't use up any power like a program such as Style XP would.
