  1. Got in 20 mins ago. What an awesome day! Another thanks to Adam and Luke for getting shit together and making it happen. Renaultsport Clio init. Driving there and driving all day used 28 liters of fuel, which is just over half a tank. Can't wait for the pics/vids.
  2. Nice dude. I'm at 100kg bench, 135kg squat, 165kg dead, so 400kg total, or 881lbs. Current goal is the 2 plate, 3 plate, 4 plate lift, then after that 1000lbs. I weigh 81kg as of this morning, which a guess I'd say I'm 15% bf, aiming to get back to sub 10% before summer. Serious case of too many goals at the moment. WHY CAN'T I MAKE THESE GAINS ALL WHILST SHEDDING FAT?!
  3. How soon should I switch on my NOS?
  4. But I'm such a sensitive flower, how else will I get my beauty sleep?
  5. Massively appreciate the offer, but unfortunately I'm southern, and that's a good 30 miles in the wrong direction! Have stumped up the £59 quid for a "Holiday" Inn over in Tamworth.
  6. Still need to sort somewhere to stay Thursday night, where's cheap?
  7. Paid. I'll be driving up in the morning, and probably find a place to stay for the night, so if people fancy food and chilled beverages I could definitely be interested.
  8. It'll be fine, mine has passed twice with no issue. Bingo. Wouldn't waste your time. Also, black inserts ***.
  9. Assuming that's not a Nikasil block then?
  10. 1. Rainbird 2. Pete 3. Dann27089461£8284 4. Mike (Who's not really a "Mad Man", he made bad choices 13 years ago) 5. RobinJI 6. Haz (full day) 7. 8. 9. 10. (11.) (12.) Anyone else who will be coming up from the south... Convoy?
  11. Have used Greenlight for a year and renewed with them again in December. I've shopped around but was £80 better off with them than the others and got more for it.
  12. Can probably do any of those dates, so voted for the 5th of March as generally easier to get the start of a month off than the end for me.
  13. Later in Feb is better for me because I hove loads of shiny things to go on in Feb.
  14. Yeah, next to the train station. Now I think of it I remember you asking this before...
  15. Clio 172, although I'm 20 minutes out from Reading and work in Basingstoke so unlikely to see you on the road! That's a bit shit Dan.
  16. I've heard good things about these guys:- http://www.autocrashuk.co.uk/ But never seen results in person. Website is hideous...
  17. Weather seals are available for the rose joints, but yeah, they won't last forever. Replacement bearings are easy enough to get a hold of and replace. From my limited understanding of roll centers, I see no reason moving it back closer to the OEM spec can be a bad thing. When the kit and coilovers are on I'll take it to be aligned and corner weighted, I think that alone will make a bigger difference. I have a sneaking suspicion it is. A guy called Mark from the Northloop forums is running the group buy on CS.net, I've only been dealing with him.
  18. Not as extravagant as the PureMotorSport kit, and not as dear! They are modified standard hubs which look something like the below. Essentially it helps correct the roll center after you lower the car, by spacing the hubs and leveling the wishbones again. Only time will tell if they are as good as everyone who has fitted them says... (not teaching you how to suck eggs Adam, I know you are infinitely more wise to these things than I, just for other forum user's benefit.)
  19. Ahh how could I forget, the illegal front plate which has passed an MOT twice.
  20. Well, if you want to wave willies... I did buy mine first, I just haven't fit them because I'm waiting for my roll center kit to be built. Standard ClioSport.net Sheep Mods; Skoda splitter Silverlights Lows Turninis Cup/Trophy Spoiler I think we both check off that entire list now? With the exception of you need sweet rims. I know there are a couple of other bits we've both done now but the telltale signs are there.
  21. I'm enjoying your car becoming more and more like my Clio and every other Clio on CS.net I think the only thing your are missing is Turinis...
  22. Welcome to if you weren't 200 miles away... Seriously, it's ace. Do it, if you don't like it, you can change it back to the Clio shifter no problem.
  23. Get a shifter assembly from a Renault Scenic ~2001, it's a direct swap, will accept the SS3 and raises the lever position and the pivot, so the throw is barely any different.
  24. For anyone who's curious, Dan has courteously reduced the number of before and after photos posted on TF when compared to what he's posted on ClioSport.net. Looking good though Daniel-san. Thoughts on the B14s?
